I popped in while riding my bike past to see some Bosch fridges in person. It was a little intimidating walking in there because there's lots of shiny, expensive stuff, and a few people looking too busy to help. I finally worked up the courage to ask about the 4 door fridge I was looking for and a similar 3 door fridge. They said they could most likely price match the cheapest option online (Airport Appliance) I left saying that I needed to discuss with my partner. I came back a few days later to purchase the fridge. The same person was available to help me, but he asked me "Is your husband okay with the fridge?" which was a little off-putting, because it's 2026 and we don't need a man's approval for an appliance purchase. They were able to price match Airport Appliance's price for the 3 door fridge, which ended up coming in just under $3000. After the purchase, it largely went radio silent. I ended up calling again to follow up after a week, and then two went by. They said that it was ordered and on the way and that the installer would be reaching out to me when the fridge was delivered. It took about three weeks from purchase to have a newly installed fridge. The fridge arrived with a small dent in the freezer door. The installer said they'd let A&A know about it so they could schedule a door replacement. The installer didn't let A&A know, so I popped in to inquire about it. A&A said they'd get the process rolling for getting a new door replaced. Then again, there was silence. No updates, nothing. 2-3 weeks go by and I texted asking if there were any updates, or if not, to get a discount on the fridge equivalent to the price of a new door. A few days later, they said that they had reached out to the repair service and they were expecting a new door in 2 weeks and they'd reach out. To conclude the 2 month saga, the repair service scheduled time to fix the door, and it is now fixed. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. I felt like I had to do their jobs for them to figure out what the heck was going on with the fridge. Purchasing through them and using their suggested installer ended up being a little more expensive than going through Airport Appliance (I priced it out afterwards). Maybe next time, I'll just go through Airport, and I would have gotten an extra $100 in rebates for installation. read more

Customer service was appalling. I went in looking for a built in BBQ and the salesman could barely be bothered. I asked the price of a particular unit and he said "about $4K". I asked for a specific price Which meant he had to look it up in the catalog and it was over $5K. I had to ask 3 times for a unit that was comparable in quality to the one I was interested in (which they have discontinued). No one else in the store. Just wanted to leave a quick review that this place was super helpful when our old fridge unexpectedly broke and we needed to replace it with something fairly quickly. We stopped by this store on a whim before planning to go to a larger appliance retailer, but they were incredibly helpful and talked us through some options that would be available to ship right away after checking inventory in the system. They also were upfront about installation costs and who they typically contract with for installation, and eventually we decided to skip the larger retailer and just order with them, which I found to be a smooth process. read more

I worked with Gavin for my appliance needs during a kitchen remodel and he provided outstanding service and helped us put together a dynamite kitchen we are thrilled about. He was very knowledgeable and was really on top of his game. He could answer all our questions without any BS thrown in. He was also very patient since it took about 6 months from my first visit to actual delivery. The purchase and delivery went off without a hitch, and everything is working perfectly. He even provided a reference for a great installer, who made the install fast and painless. Prices are competitive with other high end stores, and due to the brands they carry, there's not much room for negotiation. They do try to price match if you can find something advertised for less. Their selection is pretty much who's who in high end appliances, and they even carry down to earth brands like Samsung and Bosch. I called for a little help on a Miele Coffee machine. This guy who answered the phone said he won't help because I didn't buy it from them. WOW!! What a SHORT SIGHTED PERSON!! Didn't know this place existed until recently when I was looking for a particular brand of stove. Convenient location with easy parking in a big lot close to the paint store. It's a bit dark inside but they have a nice selection of high end appliances and ranges like Wolf, Thermador, and Italian ranges. The customer service was friendly but not overbearing. They didn't have the brand I wanted to see in person and the place is smaller than Ferguson's showroom but if you want a high end appliance or range this would be a good place to check out. read more

Scott V was great to work with and most of all he was honest. I originally ordered a high-end dishwasher for my brother-in-law's family, but it kept getting delayed, which was completely out of their control. So he recommended another brand that they had in stock that was the closest to it. He was upfront that it wasn't its equal, but if they needed one sooner it was the best option. I never heard of the brand, so I offered some other name brands and he was very forthright about them and still said my best bet was the one he recommended. He also recommended a great a delivery service and installer that did a fantastic job. We have a scheduled delivery today and they were late. We called to ask when to expect the deliver and found out that the delivery was cancelled due to truck is stuck in Reno! The representative told us that they did not know who was on the list for delivery so they were not able to call to let us know! What a bunch of lies! They should have a list of their deliveries! Wow. Like a breath of fresh air. I worked with Aron to purchase what we now refer to as "The Unicorn" - our Sub-Zero wine fridge. He was friendly, helpful, RESPONSIVE, knowledgeable and a true representative of customer service. Not to mention, he was dealing with a person that had been SO jerked around (yeah, that's by you Masters Wholesale) that I was NOT an easy customer. I quickly thawed with his patience and understanding of what I was looking for -oh and he listened and didn't lie to me! He found out the real delivery date (i.e. based on facts, not something out of his butt -again, no thank you Masters Wholesale) and let me know what else I needed to get "my precious" installed. Our wine is chillin like a villain and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. So very grateful, and hope to do business with them for anything appliance related. read more

I just had a great experience at A&A Appliance Solutions and wanted to pass along my recommendation for this company. My boyfriend bought a VERY expensive vacuum from this store a couple of years ago and it suddenly stopped working. We live in a house with 2 dogs and 2 children, so a vacuum is essential. I brought it into the service area behind Dollar Tree and was prepared to leave it there and come back in a few days. Super cool guy Mike actually took the hose apart while I stood there, and, to my horror, took out a huge tangle of pen caps, dog hair, carpet, etc. Then he put the hose back together and tested it - good as new. He walked it back out to my car and said have a great day. Thank you, Mike, for your genuine AAA service. Your company should be proud of you. And we will return for the water filtration. :) read more

Customer service is appalling. I was told a "worst case scenario" for an appliance delivery date, and that date has come and gone. They didn't seem to care if I got what I paid for, and have not offered any additional assistance in obtaining the product. I have never seen another customer in this store, and it baffles me how they are still in business, especially with this poor customer service. I wound up canceling the order, and purchasing it from another store. Perhaps Gavin is the only person worth while in this store (or maybe he doesn't work there anymore), but I would avoid Scott and Aaron at all costs! I agree 100% with William W., and will not return to this store. Perhaps their salespeople have gone downhill since 2010?? read more

So while visiting my parents in Sacramento I offered to help with their kitchen remodel and in doing so I ended up here - sort of knowing what they wanted to buy but needing some knowledge on certain products. I went in looked around and was helped by Scott who not only knows about all of the products I was looking at but told me about a few other lines that turned out to be even better (more spends for the parents but they love to cook!) On a purely customer service basis I make this review. In short the attendant told me to not waste his time and go elsewhere (e.g. online) for my appliances because I did not know enough about my purchasing ability to necessarily buy anything that day. I was told that if it didn't seem like I would be a likely sale, then I would not be helped. The store was empty, without a single other customer. I believe that there was a serious competency deficiency and an unacceptable rudeness there. read more

They gave me some bad information about downdraft ranges that was about 10-15 years outdated. Also not informed about why vents need to be a certain height. It looked like they had a lot of good equipment at a good price but I would not recommend them for specialty items. read more

I have just had my second great experience with A&A Appliance. We remodeled our Sacramento kitchen in 2000 and were very satisfied with A&A. We are now remodeling a kitchen in Lodi and went back to them. My wife and I were very happy to meet one of the sales reps there by the name of Aron Tomassi. He was the most informative sales rep for appliances we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We visited the store five times before we were satisfied with our purchases. Aron helped us to figure out what we wanted vs. what we needed. His vast knowledge of appliances helped us to make the tough decisions. But it was much more than his knowledge. He was easy to work with and had a sense of humor. When you are making expensive decisions that should last a long time, all of these human characteristics are valued. A pressured decision made between spouses was greatly aided by this fine individual. I have two other possible kitchen remodels in the future and would not hesitate going back to A&A nor recommending them (with Aron's help) to any of my friends or relatives. read more

I walked into A & A during a home renovation in Pollock Pines, CA. I had shopped high end appliances all over the bay area. I met Ethan and decided as I drove away that as long as his prices were in the ballpark I would purchase from him. The reason for my decision was simple. He was and expert with his product line. He answered all of the normal questions, and more importantly he asked me what was important to me as he gave me information that no other sales representative had provided. He listened, and he came up with a custom line of appliances that met my needs and my budget. He followed up during the construction to make sure that there were no mistakes during the rough in, he called to check in to insure that the delivery would be immediately upon completion. He attended the delivery because he is just that nice of a guy. People who have viewed my home go on and on about how beautiful my appliances are, I tell them all about A & A and especially Ethan. As the holidays approached I noticed that my large oven stopped working. I called Ethan panicked because I had a large group coming over for Thanksgiving. He gave me all of the information to expedite a repair. It was a part that had to be ordered. Ethan followed up with multiple phone calls and my oven was repaired the day before the holiday and everything turned out fantastic. I have 25 years of sales experience and the fact that he cared that my meal could happen as planned, showed me that he really was authentic in his desire to make my experience with A & A an experience that exceeded my expectations. This company has excellent pricing (high or low end) and the representation of their employees makes it an easy decision to give them your business instead of the competition.
