(For most part) However the second the paperwork was signed, I feel I was no longer a priority. My rzr purchase included upgraded wheels and tires. I was told I would get both sets, however I didn't when I picked up the machine. (Honesty just forgot to get them while I was there) Later after taking it home I ran into some issues with it going into limp mode and engine codes flashing on the dash. Worried about it and not wanting damage the machine, I parked it and called ride now. I was told that they were busy and someone would get back to me. 2 days later I still had not received a call back, so I called them and was told that they were extremely under staff do to covid and that someone would get back with me. No one got back with me that day so on the 3rd day I called and was helped by a pleasant lady in the office (Bobby), who assured me this is not how they do business and I would receive a call back shortly from my sales rep. To help with engine codes and getting my wheels and tires. An hour later I did get a call back from Someone in service stating my sales rep was out due to a family emergency. The man was no doubt knowledgable and helpful in getting the engine codes squared away. he stated he would locate my wheels and tires and get back with me. That was 3 days ago now. I completely understand the Under staffing issue, However what I find completely unacceptable is spending almost $40000 with a business And not able to even get a call back or what was promised to me. As of now I would have a hard time recommending this company to anybody I know, Just based on my after sale experience. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of how nice Bobby was and knowledge of the man in service.

Enjoyed the rides but not quite what I was looking for. I stopped by the next day with my wife, who does not ride, because she knows I've been looking hard at Harley's. I've owned Metrics most of my riding experience. I just had a Harley bug. I took a couple more test rides with Jacob and it still wasn't quite right. About this time after spending hours with Jacob, I was ready to walk and continue looking. I wasn't ready to spend the big bucks and buy new, but what I tested just weren't right. I know Jacob was disappointed I couldn't settle. He was probably the most patient and laid back salesman I've ever met. He didn't give up though. I know he knew I wanted a Harley so he got the sales manager Mike to sit with us to see if there was anything else they could do. I said probably not today. He ask me if I wanted to see one more bike and I figured, why not. It was a 2023 Softail with only 1400 miles on it and it was a beauty. Jacob grabbed another bike and we were out again. This time I was like I should have ridden this one first. By the time we got back to the dealership I was ready to sit back down with Mike the manager. A half hour later I was signing paperwork on a practically new Harley at the right price and financing with Ron Smith. It was a long day but everyone we met a Rawhide that day touring all the departments made us feel pretty special. Especially Jacob Gilliam. I would not hesitate to recommend Rawhide Harley-Davidson to anyone interested in a Harley, new or used, but make sure you see Jacob!

Did not put wires through the cap that protected connectors. Also put wrong oil filter on during service. Black filter not Chrome that matches or bike package. December-August 9 times to fix,maintain or DO THE JOB RIGHT. Can we say FUBAR? STAY away!! You get a RAW deal at RAWHIDE! Our bike has spent more time in the shop than I an riding time. 2 ,070 miles on a 2025 model.

With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. Told him the problem and he told me to get the bike to him ASAP. Letko Cycles here we come. After about 30 min or so Jimmy and Scott Spears got that thing out of there. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have been a customer of Letko Cycles for over 20 years! They may not always be the cheapest but they will always do what ever it takes to help me out when they can to get me to the races. Thanks again fellas!

Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem.
