I was looking for a Chieftain bike. I went to this place. These guys were so helpful, Noah went out of his way to help me with every step to purchase the bike I wanted. Eric was also great in getting me the best available financing that was out there. Even after the sale, Noah helped me get things done to the bike that I found was wrong with it. (missing bolts etc.) He helped me get some parts added like the sissy bar and passenger seat. They are a no pressure kind of place, so there is no salesman following you around every second. You want a bike, get someone's attention and they will go out of their way to get you what you want. Love these guys! I just purchased a new 2021 Indian Challenger with pretty much every accessory you can bolt on that thing. I worked with a number of these guys through the whole process and they literally made the wait enjoyable. These guys clearly love motorcycles and it shows in the way they go about their day to day. I am very impressed by how hard they strive to ensure that they have a true relationship with their customers and not just a business relationship. General Manager, Craig has done a fabulous job creating a customer centric culture where these guys connect their passion for motorcycles with their very apparent love of their customers and the KC community. My dad and I just stopped by to look around and kill some time. I have to say there are some really sweat bikes in there. The Indian bikes are beautiful and powerful and the Triumph bikes the same. I saw a Triumph bike with 2500cc! That's crazy. We were approached by a sales rep and asked to see some of the side by sides. He took us to the back to look at a customers Polaris. It was awesome and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful to share a wide verity of the Polaris and can am features. He also shared some upcoming events with us and gave us a sticky note with websites so we could get involved and go check them out if we wanted. We ended up spending more time in there than we had planned, now we plan to go spend more time at one of their bike nights. Good people good products! read more

We had amazing service from Blake, the Motorcycle Mixologist, and the entire team (sales, finance, parts, etc.) at Indian Motorcycle/Ride Now Power Sports in Kansas City. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, not overbearing, honest and upfront and treated us with respect and as we knew what we were looking for. A 100% difference from Harley dealerships! Service took a month to do an estimate on my Thruxton R that got knocked over and another 2 to get parts and repair. Months later I noticed the headlight shaking while riding. After inspection I found one headlight bolt very loose and another had fallen out. The left blinker was really a right blinker that they were to lazy to reorder the right one so what does any business who cares about happy, money-spending, return customers for life do? Nah, they didn't do that. They flipped the right blinker over and installed it on the left side. Lastly, they delivered the bike without a reflector on the left shock. I gave the service manager the opportunity to make it right, but was told the repairs happened to long ago. I hope the few hundred dollars you could have spent to fix your mistake is worth this review, my lost business and telling people to never go there. read more

I wanted to do business locally, but I always contact several dealers in KS & MO. I called Columbia dealership and told them what I could spend and I wanted to get into a Chieftain. While I was waiting I went in to Olathe dealership to test ride and tell them the same thing. They said they couldn't get me into anything. Meanwhile I get a call from Columbia telling me they can get me into a Chieftain, no problem. Wanting to do business locally I called them and they requested for me to send them proof that Columbia was able to do a deal... Really!? I have to prove it to you?! You can either do it or not do it. They left me feeling like a lier and so I went ahead and drove out to Columbia and picked up the bike. Now I have an Indian. I call the shop on three separate occasions, where I am told they will call me back. They never call me back. Had a part on order that was coming in and I had to call them to check and find out that it was Already there!!! WtF!? I am still waiting on another call for another part I ordered.. These guys aren't interested in selling bikes. Took my son in to look at two bikes-one for me and one for him. Both of us are on our third harley and thought we'd see what Indian had to offer. My son wanted to test ride a scout they had and they told me he couldn't because he wasn't 25 years old. We'd just come from rawhide harley where we test rode 6 bikes. The sales MANAGER actually said me me "do you really need to ride it in order to buy it?" And said I could ride it and tell my son "how it feels". I honestly think that no one there had actually ridden a motorcycle. What a joke of a dealership. Indian just lost ANY chance of switching harley riders over to them. read more

Received a mail flyer for t shirt exchange for Indian t shirt and called to verify size and quantity for next day event. Arrived upon opening at 9:08 am and shirts were gone. Staff was completely dismissive and arrogant. Although the draw was the t shirt I had the intent to spend morning to test demo ride Indians. I'm still considering an Indian purchase but no here. Stay away from arrogant and dismissive staff. read more

Walked in to buy a used ATV, agreed on the price, went in the office after a few min to write the check and all sorts of warranty items and extras etc were added to the price without even asking if I was interested. Guy preparing the paperwork was extremely arrogant. Price was over $1500 what was agreed. I stood up and walked out, bought an ATV at another dealership. read more

I walked in and paid cash for a brand new Triumph Bobber and wasn't offered any of the 150 options that were available for the bike. I'm not sure why, it was during the off season and they weren't busy. I plan on buying a Thruxton soon to go with the Bobber, but it won't be from this dealership. read more

My family and I spent our day yesterday looking at Indians. Rode away on a new Indian Roadmaster! Why did it take all day you ask? We had a million questions and wanted to sit on everything. This is a BIG purchase. Our guide through this whole process, Birdman, patiently walked us through every model and talked options, accessories, etc. I've purchased a lot of motorcycles. This was, by far, the best buying experience. From Birdman to finance to parts, all top notch. AND we got to meet and talk with the Indian Rep! read more

Crooks. Service department crooks. Do not do work as promised. Charged us for services they did not perform. Said the work was done but upon pick up realized nothing was done as agreed. And work will not be done in timely matter as promised. Very unprofessional. Also note we disputed their work that was not complete and their response is "ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DO NOT take your bike there. I was on the market for handlebars so i called the dealership and ordered 16" ape and paid over the phone. a week later i called to ask status of the part they told me it's there and scheduled an install a week later and it was going to take an hr or 2. Took the Bike friday and after 4 Hrs they told me that they messed up and did not order an extended break line and that they already installed the Handlebars. so after some figuring out what to do they ask if they can give me a ride and that they will order the part, install it and deliver the bike. 5 days later i called to ask for status was told part will be here tomorrow. Called the next day "we will deliver the bike saturday". Called saturday well we are working on it but it will not be ready and we are closed sunday and monday so we will finish it Tuesday. Throughout this all nightmare not once have they called or acted like they cared that i was without a bike for more than a week. I will never do business there again. read more

One star, only because I can't seem to give them zero stars. I scheduled an appointment with Blake to see a specific used bike they have, show up on time for my appointment, Blake is busy, other guys shows up 15-20 mins after me, sales rep he's here to see is Nick, Nick is available so he shows the guy the bike I'm here to see. Secretary keeps telling me that Blake will be with me in a minute, "no need to fret." Blake still hasn't come out to say anything to me. Meanwhile, I've told my friend about a bike that Ride Now has up there. My friend shows up, still no Blake. I'm informed I should hang around because the buyer for the bike I'm interested in most likely won't get financing ($3,200 bike, shouldn't need financing). Now Blake shows up, just in time to sell an $11,500 bike to my buddy, still doesn't acknowledge the guy that's been waiting for him since 4:45. Craig, the GM, pulls me into his office and shows me the sales price with tags and title fees and basically asks what I'd like to do, albeit I'm confused still as to whether he wanted me to pay more or what, tells me he has two qualified buyers for the same bike and asks what I'd like to do. I'm not really sure if Craig was offering me the sale or if he wanted us to bid on the sale price, either way I felt like an after thought. Bottom line, I wouldn't buy a bike here and I wouldn't buy it from Blake. read more

I am highly impressed with this dealership and their people. I made a couple visits here in the last year looking at motorcycles, and even came near to buying a used one last year, but backed out. This year I went in and looked at a new Indian Scout. The staff (I dealt primarily with Birdman) were friendly and knowledgeable, weren't high pressure at all, and were eager to let me test ride a bike. They listened to my needs and offered good advice. When it came time time to trade in, they made an extremely fair offer for my previous motorcycle, didn't feel like I needed to haggle at all. At delivery, they took the time to demonstrate the unique aspects of the bike, and point out things I would have likely had to scour the user manual to find. They covered maintenance intervals and highlighted important milestones. They even have no qualms letting you know how to do your own services (rather than demanding you bring them in or lose your warranty). In the end I feel like I got a great bike at a very fair price, and am confident they will provide excellent support after the sale as well. read more
