Blower worked fine but needed charged . When I picked it up, it seemed to still blow warm air but thought it needed a few minutes to get cool so I drove it home in about 4 minutes. Should have went right back but I honestly thought it needed a couple minutes to get cool and I was very close to my house. I parked the car . Then I Drove it THREE days later & it blew complete hot air . I told owner about it and he did nothing for me . (even though he states that they stand behind their work .) He said with an uncaring tone, "They can blow at any time. "Really? Drive the car home in a few minutes while it's already blowing warm air and three days later it doesn't work and it blew??? You think so? I paid several hundred dollars to have this fixed. I asked several people and they said you did something wrong. I asked several people and they said you should've made it right. I still have no air condition.. He messed up and did not take accountability and responsibility . I paid several hundred dollars. I don't even know what this dishonest person did for that much money. He certainly did not change the air cabin filter either.. I'll enclose a pic. I've been so angry. I'm only now posting about it , as I'm not a complainer but he totally ripped me off. I was going to get my oil changed there recently , but it did not sit right with me to go back and give them my business and then this all came to surface again . I could hear my dad in heaven, telling me not to go to that person . I decided to tell the truth online because it's 100% true no matter what he says . People know deep inside when they aren't doing you right . There's no way that air air-conditioning was fixed . He took my money. These people do not treat others fairly. Also, another huge thing, he did not lock my car when I left it there & a homeless person was in my car found rooting around on his security cameras. They called me. How horrible. Call and listen, Although he may change it . They did not do me any service whatsoever and stole my money by not fixing my air-conditioning. Who treats a client this way? I had purchased a Hyundai Sonata, '08 I think, back in 2010 at Lake Norman Hyundai and I had an extremely positive experience over the years with that vehicle and the dealership, et cetera. I love my car and I love the fact that I can message Richard or call is right there to help even after the deal is done the papers are signed. I made an appointment with him on Wednesday to go up and go over the myriad of features in the car and he spent two hours with me, sitting in my car out front of the dealership going over absolutely everything.

Initially they couldn't find the nail, but after a awhile I assume they found it, because an hour later I had to walk into the work bay to see what was taking so long and I guess they were done. The waiting area is hotter than a sauna! We found the thermostat and lowered it to 74 it was at 78!!! They have a TV with no remote and it's off, they have old candy in machines, and it's very dirty and unkept. An hour or so later we were charged $30+ dollars for a small nail in our tire! A complete rip off AND they don't offer military discounts. I won't return.
