I decided to try the Koles store #0217 on Ford Rd. Two ladies, Marlita and Shannon were determined to solve my problem. They gave me a number to call to give my Order No. and get a number to scan for return. Things worked out fine with one shirt, however, the second shirt that was identical didn't scan because one was regular fit and the other was slim fit. In fact, in front of the cash register there are free items such as health and beauty products, socks, and non perishable foods. These are free to anyone. I was at the front door today when the opened and the owner was excited to greet us all and walk us inside. There are two sides to the shop. Inside the door is the decorative things and kitchen items. Along with the cash register. The other side of the store has clothing, shoes, games and puzzles. Clothing is sorted by color in men's, women's, and children. There is also a fitting/storage room to try on clothing. I love this!!! I spent quite some time in here because it seemed like I was always seeing something new. Be sure to look on the walls and window displays. I found some of my favorite finds in the windows. I'm so excited about this new thrift store. The owner said they will constantly be putting out new things so that makes me want to park it there. Sent an email explaining the issue, they asked for an order number, gave it to them. They must have figured out yes it was their fault, and now have ignored my follow ups. Super disappointed and not a trustworthy business. Will be dealing this with my bank and the Better Business Bureau). I was trying to get a coat that was 50% off as there was a 50% off tag right above the coat when I selected it, and the male cashier tried to tell me it was for another coat they sold. I showed them the sale online that matched the exact coat in the store. The cashier then kept trying to say it was an online exclusive item, which it wasn't at all! It sucks when you go out to shop on Black Friday and your cashier keeps gaslighting customers for their own ego. Completely ridiculous behavior.
