This O.N will be bookmarked in my brain because its clean, organized and well stocked. I have been looking for a particular sweatshirt thats been out of stock all over. My last resort would have been to order online. The fitting room was clean and tidy, Most O.N. are dirty and a mess. Employees are friendly at checkout, barely any of them on the salesfloor, I guess staffing shortage or they are all trying to get customers out of the store. I love that if you bought something within 14 days, bring your receipt back to get the difference back in cash or back to your credit card. Ill definitely be back. read more

You get what you pay for. Old Navy is the definition of clothing manufacturing mayhem and churn. So gross. But when you want t-shirts for $3 a piece because you are just going to toss them in a few weeks then this place is a safe bet. I got jeans and shirts and paid less than $16 total. The manager at this location refused to price match the online price today. They have always done so in the past, so not sure if the manager is new. I went home, ordered it online and now the employees have to gather my items for me to pick up. A huge waste of time for everyone involved when the manager could have just honored the online price. This Old Navy is better organized and less of a free-for all than others. It's a big location and it's well-stocked. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I went in last Friday to spend my Super Cash, and the employees had accurate knowledge of the policies surrounding this. (You can spend it on anything! The Tysons one blocked me from using it on clearance items.) I found that they had a way better selection of baby clothes than other locations as well. The lines are usually pretty long, but maybe it's because I only think to go there when everyone else thinks to go there. The parking lot is a little annoying and you usually can't park too close. read more

I love Old Navy and they usually they have pretty good sales. The only problem with this location is that it's so messy and unorganized. I mean even on a weekday, it's so hard to find things. I guess they are trying to stock things but damn it seems like everything is a mess! It's hard to find the right sizes here too, not everyone wears 0-4. The sale section is very good though, especially during special sales you can get nice shirts for $5. And that's weird because the sale section is the biggest of all messes but I'll do some digging if it saves me money. The staff is friendly here and you will usually be greeted right as you walk in the door and around the store. Be ready for some digging in the store though. read more

Pretty decent Old Navy. I typically look at things on line to see what's new for the season and then go into the store to try things on. The folks that work there ask if you need help finding anything, which I appreciate. They always have something on sale. I like their active wear and running tights. They're stylish, colorful and durable which you can always catch them sale on them for 30% off. The sale rack can be pretty daunting. There isn't anything I really want or need worth going through that poorly kept monstrosity. They offer so many styles of jeans, different cuts for all all shapes - for curvy girls too!!, heights, etc. Not a huge fan of the fashion selection per se, however, the costume jewelry is on point and trendy, I usually stock up on their winter tights, and workout gear, and cotton tops (short sleeve and long) are durable and last forever. read more

It's ok. You can still score great deals @ old navy during their endless sales. Quality is OK and sometimes great. Some of the active wear & kids' clothes are def built to last. Their style is a bit utilitarian- but I understand it's hard to be stylish when the focus is on mass sales & trying to appeal to the public is a big deal here. I wish the store was less of a mess. It's just hard to shop here when you're wading thru leggings on the floor. There must be something that the store can do to help with the chaos. Maybe there's just too much items cramped into these smaller stores? Checkout line is usually long & I've never experienced good service. I still come back though - tentatively & when I have the luxury of time. If I go earlier in the morning, it's less messy & I'm more likely to find what I need. read more

This store is always a mess!!! I visited the store yesterday and there were clothes all over the floor! The racks of clothes were very unorganized. I visited this store when I found something at the Manassas Old Navy I wanted, but in a different color. The Manassas Old Navy was much cleaner and much more organized! Stopped in for some inexpensive activewear not thinking I'd find anything. The place is loaded and yes -/it's a bit of mess but I did see staff cleaning up the racks and answering questions. I found a bunch of items and headed to the dressing room to find possibly the nicest guy EVER working there despite the HUGE mound of clothes he was responsible to put back on the floor. He was just so polite and genuine to everyone. Yes, the checkout line is long but it gives you time to scan for more while you wait and to write a Yelp review! Messy.... Messy....oh Did I mention this place is messy? This is worse than my teenage daughter's closet! And believe me, she's One Messy kid! I went there for jeans and basically re-arranged a whole section because if I gently pull a pair out from a pile, 10 pairs would fall over from the sides! And their sizes were all over the place. Size 00 with the 16s - and all different styles mashed up together. I give this 2 stars because at least they had 4 registers open - I just wanted to get out of there fast before my Mom mode kicked in and start arranging the whole store. They need to hire more people or close the store for a day or two and just do straight cleaning. Imho. read more

I think every Old Navy I have been to has always been a nightmare (kids running around, clothes thrown on the floor, staff unwilling to organize or even attempt to help you). This Old Navy is pretty big and the staff is generally helpful. They've done the best job that I have seen in re-hanging clothes, keeping fitting rooms neat, and grabbing whatever you need when you're in the fitting room. As for the quality of clothes- well, it's Old Navy. Quality is meh- clothes stretch out pretty quickly, not the greatest material, etc. etc. I usually buy a filler for my wardrobe and use it for that one season. This place is easier to visit than the one I used to go to in Tysons. The parking lot is huge, since it's in a strip mall, so there usually isn't a shortage on parking. read more

Yea, it's the day after Black Friday, but it is really really tough to find anything in here - particularly in the kids' section, but even overall trying to jump up to find tags on the high racks! I wouldn't be inclined to shop in this store, but I would shop online. Overall a very frustrating experience. This location is pretty great. Nestled right in Fair Oaks/Fair Lakes but outside of the mall, it makes it really easy to get to. Parking is always easy here. I may not always find a great outfit here but the staff is nice and the place is clean. Don't go near the clearance section unless you're prepared to do some digging. That section is always a mess, but that's pretty true of most Old Navy's. The baby selection is slim pickin's. I've been coming here for my baby gifts and have been disappointed with how small the selection is. You'll have better luck if you're shopping for a todller. read more

This place is set up very sloppy, and the staff resembles that. It's an Old Navy, so I get it's not a palace, but things are placed on wrong shelves, creating pricing confusion. I went to buy what I thought was a $15 shirt based on where it was (a basic, patterned, cotton 3/4 length shirt) only to find out it was $35 at the checkout, and have unhelpful staff just want to prove my $15 claims wrong. Just today I went in and most everything was neatly folded and hung. Yet, right next to the girl putting things away is a pack of discourteous customers, flopping clothes left and right, dropping clothes off the hangers, making a mess. Wanna know why stuff is everywhere? Because people are careless and don't put things back. Wanna know why the line is long? Because they have good sales. Wanna know why the cashiers are too few? There was zero order to the first third of the store. There was no way to locate certain jeans styles without rooting through a hodgepodge on unorganized tables. I like Old Navy, their recent push to improve sales and lower prices is awesome but this location doesn't have the selection of items or sizes that they need. On a recent trip, I arrived one hour after opening on the first day of a sale to find the store mostly empty... along with the shelves. Whoever is responsible for buying at this location should be fired. Or maybe not. Maybe there's a HUGE population of people the exact same size as my children & I that stalk us, tap our home & race to Old Navy in order to buy up every single item we need before we get there. Impromptu trip to Old Navy!! I am such O/N fan; this place is always my first stop. I generally go to the store in Manassas but I stopped here on my way to meet friends after work. I never have any luck finding my size in pants at this location. They stock a LOT of 2's and 4's... that's Fairfax for you! The store is organized and clean. The staff is helpful when you can find someone. My biggest complaint about this store is the front window. TINT THAT THING! You stand in line and are blinded by the sun, the cashiers can't read the computer screens... it's just annoying and inconvenient. read more

This store is completely trashed every time I go in, and the clothes are ALWAYS mismarked in price, yet the price machines don't work (NONE of them). There is always a line to check out and staff is slow and don't seem sharp. Additionally, I placed an online order for pickup in store and of course they didn't have the items. So I lost the value of the coupon I used because portions of the order were cancelled. Save your time in this place and go to Tysons Corner instead! I just needed to buy one pair of low priced jeans ($40-50 was about average there...more expensive than I remember but ok, I didn't have time to go online & it seemed like the best opportunity at the time). Thought it would be a 5 min trip. Not even close. Everything is all over the place and nobody on staff was friendly at all. They just told me to look around because "most items were in the wrong place". I felt like I was in Ross or Marshalls or somewhere where I had to dig around & find a pair in my size/style. I probably should have gone to one of those places...it would have taken just as long & the jeans probably wouldn't have been $45. Also, what is up with the sizes? Everything seemed to be size 12+. I worked for Old Navy for 6 years and am so disappointed in this store every time I come in. It is always a disaster. There are never enough cashiers causing you to wait in line for far too long, they're never able to keep up with returns or in the fitting room so there are literally just piles of mangled up clothes everywhere, and the staff isn't very friendly. Because this is my closest ON, I have moved to ordering everything offline and only going into this store to return things. read more

The first time was right when they opened and it was still a mess. Just went through checkout and a top marked as 50% off on the tag due to defect was not given that discount and some workout pants I got in a 30% off area wasn't discounted that either. Horrible return policy. if you get a gift that is one size too large they WILL NOT let you exchange for the same size. all they can do is send you a card for the amount the product sold for at the lowest price. Even though this makes no sense, the management is helpless to do anything ( I asked) . This said... apparently its only this store that does this as I have exchanged at other old navys with no problem. Management was nice but extremely unhelpful. 9 times out of 10 this store always looks unorganized. If you don't mind stepping over the piles of clothing on the floor, and rummaging through the piles of unfolded clothing on the tables then this is the place to shop. By the way, if you need help finding something, you either have to stand in line to get a cashier to help you OR you may have to go in the fitting room and ask a sales associate for assistance; there is usually no one available on the sales floor to ask for help. I really would like to get back the time and effort that I put into trying to order, re-order, track and then obtain  my refund. This experience has definitely tarnished my faith in Old Navy and has me wondering if I even want to continue doing business with you.
