The employee Grace assisted me in a hunt for a pair of jeans that fit my big waist yet were not baggy in the thighs. The jeans were on clearance sale for $29.99 and additionally Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Well, found one pair but could not find another so no sale today. She assisted with letting my daughter try on the women and junior versions of the shoe that she was trying to buy so that she knew what size she was looking for. They did not have the size that we were looking for of the junior version in the store so we were able to order it and will pick it up in a few days.

Found the Pembroke location first and then stopped by the Sawgrass Mills location too. Both are cool but the Pembroke location is a nicer setup. The Sawgrass location is more of an outlet feel. But customer service rocks at both locations. Did you know you can customize Vans too? Of course this will take 4-6 weeks for the custom orders but how cool is that? Keep that in mind if you ever want custom shoes. We ordered our shoes online and when the shoe didn't fit, we were able to bring it to the store and make the exchange. If they don't have it in store, they will order the right size for you and have it shipped to your home, no extra charge. Love it. They have the works here...shoes, hats, clothing, backpacks, socks and other accessories. Well kept store and keeping that Vans name alive and kicking!
