Most of the time the line isn't bad, but on weekends it can get out of control. It depends on the day, sometimes it seems like there aren't enough employees. I have had some returns to actual customer service lately and it's been fine. I've also used the pick up since the last time I reviewed as well. The pick up option is very nice and when there is just one item you want/need, then you don't waste time or get tricked into looking/buying other things. The store itself can get expensive quite quickly, they often run deals and such that I receive in my email. I've found it's better if you go in looking for a specific item versus just wandering around. Plenty of parking options, there are two entrances.

Oh wait, they said, it is a $9 fee to pay it over the phone. Hold my beer while I pay it online I said. So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. Protocol, she says, is I have to just believe her and the confirmation will be coming by snail mail in 7-10 days. Will this headache ever end??? Seriously. Save yourselves!!! This has been a PSA.

Removing a star because of the customer service in the fitting rooms - there was a grouchy older…read morewoman who got me into a room but made you feel guilty for using it or if the item didn't fit. Also, the fitting rooms are not roomy, neither are the isles. So if there's two people in there, it can get crowded walking by. I was standing up against the wall asking my wife for her opinion, making sure I wasn't blocking anyone when all the sudden I hear a very rude "EXCUSE ME" like I was blocking everything. There was more than enough room to go around, but she was just upset I was asking my wife for her opinion. Then a "REMEMBER if it doesn't fit put it here don't put it there". I'm fine with a reminder, but tone and body body language really play a large part in how something is communicated. This should definitely be addressed. Additionally, all the dress shirts are skinny or slim fit and mostly all blue. Not much of a variety.
