I went to sell a toy n called not even 20 minutes after leaving if I could get it back bc my child wanted it back. I was told it would be found n separated with a note n I would have to pay back what they gave me n I agreed. Went to the store the nxt day bc they where closing when I called. They ended up loosing a piece of toy set and expected me to pay. I told them I'll pay u when it's found. No one looked for it but myself and partner. Owner was called n seemed like he was going to help by saying he would personally look for it until I asked can I take my toys bc my child wanted it back. He disrespected me and started talking bad about my child when it was uncalled for and then threatened to call the cops. I said I just want the missing piece n I will gladly leave but I also won't pay for something that was lost in ur hands and I didn't get paid what they wanted me to pay back. The employees working that day were helpful n I understood it wasn't on them because they weren't there when I sold it. But very rude owner n will not be taking anything to sell again. Kid to kid has the friendliest staff and do cash and store credit as well.

Lately, I've been all about buying less clothes that are higher quality instead of more clothes that are mid to low quality. I also love that I can shop here and get quality pieces for the entire family. I am obsessed with Gap Kids clothes for my 6 month old. They aren't cheesy or "childish". There's a time and place for a Cars 2 sweatshirt and light up shoes. You won't find any of that here. Don't get me wrong, I love Mickey Mouse/ Disney attire just as much as the next fan. But, even their Disney line is extremely tasteful. I've bought my son a few adorable items from that line - my favorite being a black knit hat with Mickey ears. See what I mean? That doesn't scream childish character. The fact that it's pretty much a hidden Mickey is what makes me love it so much. I can't talk about Gap clothes without expounding (even more!) on their quality. This is one of two places where I'll buy my baby's clothes. The pieces I've gotten from Gap will last a loooong time and will easily be able to pass down to future siblings. I find that they run big, but with a few minor adjustments (rolling up sleeves or pant legs), you can get even more wear out of them without sacrificing style. They wash amazingly well on the delicate cycle, though I do air dry his sweaters and jackets. Is Gap pricey? YES. However, anyone who pays full price needs to reevaluate how they shop. I never pay more than $10-$15 for anything because I wait for sales.

When I couldn't find items in the store that the website had said were in stock, the manager was happy to go in the back and pull them for me. They also matched the online pricing! I mean every single part of this shopping experience was stellar. I am now have renewed interest in Express and it perfectly matches what I'm trying to do with my mom style: elevated casual. I guess it's time to be a grown up! Jeans are really funny and you can be completely different sizes depending on brand and cut. So, as much as I hate trying things on, I decided to pop in and give them a test drive. Well, people definitely aren't lying! The jeans are soft, supportive, and definitely high quality. They're thicker than some others that I have from a different brand and I really enjoyed everything about them. I was surprised to find that my normal size fit me very well. The young lady who was working today was very nice and helpful, without being overbearing. My favorite kind of employee interaction! Definitely glad I came in today and looking forward to owning my very own pair of Madewell denim in the new year!

I find that most of the staff at this particular store are VERY HELPFUL and go out of their way to assist you. They will bring clothes to you in the dressing rooms, hold items that you are going to purchase on the back counter for you, and always greet us with a smile. Great Service! That gets ***** 5 stars!
