Shittiest old navy with worst staffs. Tried to get a pajama which was $5 but i doubt it was $5 so asked the associate and they approved it was $5 and when went the cashier after 40 mins wait in line, as it was a day after Black Friday, they claimed its not $5 but 18$ and when I told about the associates saying it was $5 they didn't care and said it might have just been in the wrong shelf. They need to hire smarter people or better leave the store without associates. No info is better than wrong info. Never going to old navy again. read more

I go here for jeans & denim shorts, almost exclusively. I love that they have different cuts for different figures. I wear the curvy cut. I never thought I could wear skinny jeans because of my thighs and calves. But I can wear these. The jeans were well organized. But I couldn't find the denim Bermuda shorts, so I asked an associate. They were on the second shelf of a table that had tops on it, about at knee height. I never would have found them. She gave me my size right away. I don't try anything on there because I pretty much know their clothes and my body enough to know what fits. I saw some cute sleeveless swing tops, so I bought two in different patterns. Since I have bought Old Navy clothing online a lot, I know what tends to run big and what tends to run small. I am a large, but depending on the item, I have been a medium and an extra large. Their dresses are always big on me so I went down a size in a summery sleeveless dress. Too small. Going back to exchange it. While there, I am going to pick up a pair of pajama pants, & a pair of sweatpants. When I was there the other day, It was in the middle of the week, but I was still surprised that there was only one person ahead of me in line. There were three cashiers. Usually there are at least 10 customers in line. Overall, I had a very good experience. Oh! You can return items you bought online to this factory store. I went to an interview in this location and I am very impressed on how unprofessional this people was, the guy who interviewed me was Luis and a partner that I don't remember his name. They were very despot and I had the expectation that the interview was going to be in an office but instead was almost outside the store and that made me feel very uncomfortable. To be a company with so much prestige, the staff give the impression of being xenophobic and make you feel like they are closing the doors of work opportunity with their attitude. I can not believe that such a big and renowned company has as a manager such an incompetent person. It was the worst interview I've ever had in my life. I feel disappointed in the quality of service they offer there. It looks like they don't take seriously their job, the company and people's time. If I could give you a cero (0) stars for this experience I definitely would. Terrible and disappointed. read more

In General I love Old Navy. This place rocks as far as being one of the original stores...the location hasn't held up as well as some others, but i really respect what they started. I love the clothing. Its one of the few places I can look for my clothes and also my GrandDaughter's clothes. One of my favorites is the womens denim skirt. Its simple and reasonable. I also love their swim suits. Not that I ever wear them...I always seem to put a shirt over them anyhow... My other love here is the shoes..how do they have such cute shoes? this ON seems a bit smaller than the rest of 'em and doesn't look as nice as the other bigger stores (like the one by the auto mall that i normally go to, but i was in the 'hood yesterday). the racks/shelves could also definitely use some tidying-up. that said, it's a pretty standard ON. the service at the front is friendly but a bit slow. i would have given it a 3 but i had a great experience there yesterday. i stopped by to pick up some gloves for a canada trip this weekend and i got the 40% off one item F&F coupon that morning. alas, i wasn't really planning to go so i left the printout at home. the gloves were only $8 or so, so if i didn't get the discount, no biggie. while waiting in line, though, i loaded it up on my iphone and showed it at the register--and got the discount! ("oh you're too funny!" the employee told me LOL) YMMV, though. while in line i heard the manager(?) say to someone in the other line that they had to present an actual coupon to get a discount--you can't just mention the coupon (duh). that did get me worried that my phone coupon wouldn't work, but it did. SO, lesson is, coupon on phone = good, coupon in head = bad. [or, maybe coupon on phone + a very nice employee = good?] read more

I don't usually shop at Old Navy. There clothing never fits me right. Fine in other places but not so much in others. I came in cuz I could not resist the sale of there jeans. I have a pair called the Sweetheart and they are way comfortable. So today I bought The Flirt. We will see if they can really flirt. Cant beat jeans for 20 bucks. read more

This Old Navy is much bigger than the one I normally go to at the Westgate Mall in San Jose. The selection wasn't that impressive though. They mostly had a bunch of t-shirts and casual clothes, but nothing that special here. Shopping at Old Navy is a hit or miss. Sometimes you can find great casual clothes here, and other times, it seems like all there is to buy here most of the time are t-shirts, tank tops, blah looking jeans, tops, and skirts. It's good if you're just looking for cheap conservative casual wear, but not much else usually. read more

What happened to this location? Merchandise has decreased in quality. I usually come here to pick up fleece jackets. Lately, their fleece material doesn't feel as nice in quality as it used to be. Their service was okay. Fitting room wise like always is just "how many do you have, okay go ahead into a room." It could have been better with them walking you to a room and holding your stuff. On the floor wise, i didn't see anyone that works there around, so it was just like eHH. With the cashier it they were kind of rude. The costumers were just forming one line, and people wouldn't know that they had to make 2 lines and the way the kind of said that they need to make 2 lines was kind of rude. When I was kid I couldn't afford Old Navy because it was hella popular and expensive at that time. It was still popular but eventually the popularity faded and no one wore Old Navy anymore lol. I couldn't stand people who ONLY wore Old Navy flip flops and had every single color to match their outfits! So I haven't bought anything in Old Navy for a decade until coming here one day just to look around. They actually have pretty good deals. The only reason why I am giving it such a high rating is because both times I came here it was 40% and 50% off the entire store. So I got some really good deals on some baby clothes and some kids clothes. Surprisingly I could fit kid size still...I bought a Giants tshirt and a Hello Kitty shirt...both in KIDS size lol. The adult clothes didn't appeal much to me. They do have nice stuff though but I have A LOT of clothes and don't need anymore. Surprisingly my hubby found some good stuff too. The baby clothes are WAY cheaper than Gap so I refer to come here and only buy stuff when its 40%-50% off the entire store because they have that quite often. read more

My all time favorite place to purchase kids clothes and comfy clothes for myself. The sizing for kids seems perfect for my daughter. The quality is long lasting and affordable, which is perfect considering my child grows like a weed. LOVE the adjustable waist on the kids bottoms. I love all the work out leggings and summer flip flops. Oh and the winter coats are AMAZING! The lines can be super long at times but I don't seem to mind with all the add on items that are placed in the line section, I'm a sucker for knick knacks. Big fan of Old Navy! read more

By far, one of the best Old Navy's I've been to. Found some great items on sale. Would give this place 5 stars except for two things. The sale section was tossed and it was difficult to rummage through and find various items. No rhyme nor reason to the racks. Lastly, who only has two cashiers at any given time in an outlet/mall store? There was hardly anyone in the mall or in the store, yet there was a long line. despite being a little messy especially when its crowded during their crazy sales, i still love old navy. some pushy sales attendant tho when they are promoting their cards but haven't experienced that in a while. i love their clothes, they also have GREAT prices when things go on sale. I wouldn't go here when its crazy sale time like thanksgiving or what not. its CRAZY crowded. Lines snake around the store. Literally when we, well rather me, so when I was done shopping I fell in line and just waited for my mom and sibblings to get what they want. They had time to grab more stuff try it on the fitting room, and go back... the line was ridiculously long. But yeah, cheap clothes that are stylish and in season! Can't be beat!!! read more

this place is SOOOO CROWDED. i hate it when they have a long line. the longest i waited in a line was almost an hour. they have a lot of employees, but theyre nice. i feel bad for the fitting room because there are a lot of clothes just hanging around and people just leave their tried on clothes in their rooms. at least give it to the employee!!! i love their sales! especially their sandals read more
