Ouchii has a brick and mortar store in Milpitas off Calaveras. I've been to their pop-up stores at the Great Mall and Valley Fair, so I decided to check out the Boutique. There is plenty of parking available at this site. I went here today to see if I could score a Girl Power tee. As it so happened, the man himself Alvin was in store and had one extra tee on-hand! I grabbed it and was one happy camper. I'll be sporting this at this year's Comic Con in San Diego. Most of the current tees and other gear are available at the Boutique. I've been a fan of Ouchii since they opened their pop-up shop in the Great Mall and it's great to see how much the brand has grown since then! The store had a very nice layout and provided a very cool atmosphere for shopping. Definitely take the time to check out the history of the company and all the personal little touches. The mural is also great for selfies and photo opportunities! The employee working was also very friendly and welcoming! I would have loved to see more of the designs advertised through their Instagram and Facebook page, but I understand that they had JUST opened and they had a very busy first weekend. First and foremost, I just wanted to acknowledge that Ouchii's customer service is second to none! Alvin and Ivan was very accommodating and was on it when it came to making it right for me. I ordered a Pacquiao shirt which was dope! But upon receiving the package,I noticed the shirt had a slight flaw. I emailed Ouchii regarding about my issue, and within a day or two,Alvin got back to me. He was very understanding and was going the extra mile to make my experience with Ouchii an excellent one. I was reassured that they will make things right by sending me a replacement shirt and for me to keep the original shirt at no charge! So I ordered the limited edition warriors shirt for me, my boyfriend and son. I didn't read the special code for store pick up and well, I contacted the owner and told him I can pick it up locally. Ouchii also has a pop-up shop in the Great Mall, but if you love, or even mildly like, their art, you'll love the store. There's an expanded range of products and art. We got to chat with the artist and browse through the new and old merchandise. If you don't see what you want on display, they might have it in the back. I love the right side wall as you walk in, it was handpainted and is the great photo op if you are a fan. The design of the store is clean and not overwhelming with too much merchandise. The shirts are good quality, my boyfriend loves them, and the caps are awesome. I love that they also have vinyl stickers. The only thing is that the unisex tanks are not stretchy, so if you have a medium to large chest for women, they fit a little awkwardly. read more

Ouchii is a small boutique in the bay area selling wearable art pieces created by Alvin. How did I find out about this place? A friend of mine at our local gym was wearing one of his creations and I HAD TO HAVE THAT SHIRT! So what happened? Not even 5 minutes later I am sitting on a dumbbell ordering the shirt on my phone at the gym lol. Shopping Tip: If you want something, get it ASAP. His items are very popular and sell out quickly online. Or if possible, go ahead and preorder ahead of time. Price: Affordable but not super cheap after shipping. Ballpark around $30 per t-shirt. Quality: Great. I currently have 2 shirts and they have both been worn around 20 times each now to the gym (aka barbell and squat belts making those shirts work!) and still going strong. Sizing: To me it runs big(but I just threw them in the dryer and shrunk them). Overall in my mubble jumblee review I just wrote, great product and great design. As much as we'd like to support small businesses, ouchi has been a letdown as of late. We visited twice during posted business hours and they were closed with no sign or explanation. We try to call first to check to see if they are there and we are lucky if anyone picks up. We just went today and they barely had any inventory. You can order their shirts online, but it takes over three weeks to receive it. We are willing to pay $40 a shirt, but the service and business model needs improvement before we will go back. So disappointed. read more

I remember seeing Ouchii few years back at SF Pride. What caught my attention was the cute characters! That's where I got my DaQuan and DeQuan tank top. When they told me they have a pop up shop at Great Mall I was stoked! Many tees and tanks later... Ouchii has their own store! I wasn't able to visit the grand opening but I was able to go few weeks back. I'm glad I did! I was able to meet The Ouchii Guy - Alvin himself. Great guy, friendly and down to earth. I first discovered Ouchii when I saw a coworker wearing the boba panda tee during lunch and I ran after him to ask where he got it. I looked up the brand and stopped by the shop that same weekend and bought 2 tees! Just stopped by again today and was fortunate enough to meet Alvin! He was super sweet and helpful. The workers are always super friendly and helpful especially with mentioning any deals that they have going. There is no limit to the number of good things I want to say about Ouchii. I first came across their pop-up in Valley Fair two years ago and bought my Curry tees there and I've been hooked ever since. They one of the best representations of NorCal culture and small business ingenuity that I've seen AND their clothes are high quality and bomb as hell. I live all the way out in Los Angeles and I make it a point to buy their designs when they come out even if I have to pay shipping for it. But fanboying aside, they have one of the best service departments I have ever seen too. On a recent order, I put in the wrong size of two different shirts and sent them a messy string of e-mails to try and clear it up. They gave me a personal phone call at my request and cleared up all my orders that way.
