I went in today for a return, a pair of wrangler shorts and wrangler jeans (wrong sizes purchased…read morefor me by my mother) I couldn't find the receipt so went into the store and asked if anything could be done since I can't locate the receipt. I told her I wanted the same items but different sizes and she pointed me in the right direction as to where the items were. I ended up finding the shorts in the right size. I also wanted to get a cowboy hat, so she assisted me in finding a color and size for me that perfectly fit my head. So I exchanged the shorts, returned the jeans, got the hat and paid the difference (give or take $170) Western wear is kind of new for me so I appreciated all of her help. She also recommended products to take care of the hat which I purchased as well. I hope she has a great day.

But I think about the lack of customer service these days and my thought was, how can we complain about the younger people when they have no professional leadership.
