AVOID THIS LOCATION! There is only ever one cashier, and if the line gets backed up, they still won't open another register. I was third in line, and the person in front of me had the conveyor belt full of stacks of books ($300 worth!) then the cashier stops mid transaction to yell at a coworker and ask for her to buy her a drink. Then that coworker came back to say her card didn't work. This big transaction took an eternity. Waited for almost 30 mins to just pay for my three items and leave. read more

Came after going to the dollar tree by my house on Huebner n bandera to look for thanksgiving table covers they also didn't have any however I was able to grab two thanksgiving table runners and a couple of cute plastic Xmas covers too. Didn't have a chance to really roam the store since I had to go get my kid from school read more

This is the dollar tree of all dollar trees! This location always has the best quality stuff that a lot of others don't. And even though it's been open for quite some time you wouldn't know it because unlike a lot of other ones it's always clean and the shelves are well stocked and there's not stuff just laying in the middle of isles. I never leave here spending less than I intended which I guess can be a bad thing but I don't feel like I walked out with junk. Lots of great holiday decorations and every day home decor. read more

Normally a good store, we choose it a lot. BUT in two weeks we've had really odd interactions with two different checkers. One who told us flat up this is my last day in this Efing store. And then a raving lunatic who loudly made off color comments and made everyone uncomfortable. He has no business in a FOH job. Let alone be a checker. OH IT SOOO HOT IN HERE!!!! IM SOOO SWEATY!!! I have been in multiple Dollar Trees and I must say This is absolutely one of The nicest Dollar Tree Stores I've ever been in. This is my first time shopping at a Dollar Tree Plus and I really like the larger variety of items. This store is really large huge array of items to choose from. My wife had an awful experience at this store because of Esme. She told my wife check out immediately even though it was still 30 minutes until closing! She was extremely rude and condescending to my wife who ended up not purchasing anything because of her behavior. This store is losing business because of Esme who obviously has no idea how to treat others with common courtesy and respect. She has no place working a customer service position and probably should find another job with no human contact whatsoever! So big store and lots of arts and crafts materials...I went by to pick up a few supplies .. no really I needed some supplies.... like glue and stuff.... To my horror! ... things are no longer $1 ... now prices are from well,.. all over ...some things $1.25 some $5 other more I didn't see anything less than $1.25... how is any crafter supposed to stock up on stuff( we don't really need but just want because it's one dollar? )So now paying 25% more ? I hardly ever come to this store but when I do I don't want to deal with an employees bad attitude. I understand people have a bad day but honestly keep that for when your off or on your break. I had 5 items and she was having a fit and proceeded with profanity under her breath to which I warned her about her attitude and yet continued. I called to speak to a manager to not just let them know but to also check up on her because I have no idea if there is something more going on with her. It was probably a wast of my time but I guarantee you if I go again and have the same issue I'm a petty bitch and will get back in line with a lot of shit and slow up her day! By far one of the best DTs I've been to. I've visited many of these stores in multiple states and this store sets the standard. Clean and fully stocked! Social distancing is being practiced too! I set out looking for snacks as I am currently staying in a hotel waiting for my house to be built but I left with so much more. They carry most of the normal DT products but also have a lot of good name brand products. Check it out! read more

I've been to a lot of Dollar Trees in Houston and some of them are decent but this Dollar tree is the best I've seen by far. The store is huge with fully stocked shelves. They have pretty much everything you walked into a dollar store for and more. I'm pleasantly surprised and impressed by the organization of this store. The employees are nice and pleasant. worst customer service from the "manager" esme! she doesn't use a name tag and will demand you check out immediately after making an announcement over the intercom that there was 30 minutes till closing. esme is highly recognizable due to her rbf, unkept appearance, no name tag, her lack of customer service/retail experience, also her insistence that you call her manager. unless you want to be treated like you're too poor to buy a basket full of stuff.....or want to be demanded to check out immediately with 30 mi. till closing, don't go there!!!! ever!!! i left the store and dropped everything i planned to purchase (after she accused me of not being able to afford everything i specially went back a day later to buy). store lost at least $200 worth of profit due to the owner and company not firing esme after receiving more negative reviews with her named as the reason why they wont go there! buyer beware...unless you want to test the waters, i would recommend not wasting your hard earned time or money! "esme" (name she tells people who ask her name due to a negative experience), should be kept in the warehouse, where she has no customer interaction or any type of superiority over a single employee, let alone run entire business! fire her!!! read more
