Needless to say I never received a call back. I ended up calling explaining my situation to the manager and being told there was nothing to be done to accommodate me. I would say I'm hesitant to return and if I do I would not buy any luxury/designer handbags... Only I terms maybe under $30-40 dollars or whatever you are willing to gamble with. When it comes to quality the clothes seriously can take a beating and survive 100s of washes. The sizes seem always seems to be consistent and I haven't had any issues with them shrinking like other brands. All the outfits easily interchange with each other because the colors seem to work well and again are consistent across the sizes. Carters also has a great customer program but sadly you can't link your online account with your phone number account. :/ So you have to choose which way you're going to buy clothing and collect your Carters dollars which also work with OshKosh and SkipHop but only if purchased at the Carters store.
