I can honestly say this old navy will be closed in a year. They're basically empty inside they have more adult clothes than kid clothes. I couldn't find any baby boy clothes on clearance at all. It's also hard to find an employee. read more

In my years as a professional, high school, post baccalaureate , and post graduate life... me knowing how to read has never been questioned until I came in contact with "manager" 1944103 I took a picture of a sign next to linen pants which read "Up to 75% off". I then picked up each color of linen pant, since I needed none, to take to the register for the discount. The pants were to be 10 dollars. None of the pants that I picked up next to the sign were 75% off as posted. I initially asked the clerk, but yeah... we know how that story goes. They haven't removed the sign! I then asked the manager. She took her time to help me and naturally seemed pissed. After struggling to determine 75% (you know diving by 4 then multiple by 3, subtract from original price; for which she used a calculator on a cell phone) she goes on to tell me that she would only do this once since I must have had a hard time reading the sign. And the next time she would not do this for me. For the record, this may be my tenth visit to an old navy store... ever. Let's just be clear... you actually could be reported for false advertising since not one item in the area was as posted...75% off. You did not do me a favor, you did your company a favor. As far as my reading skills, I think my mother and grandmother who both taught English would be insulted, along with HISD, TAMU, Rice, and my current employer. I don't necessarily care for the quality of clothing at old navy, but since starting a new project at this top 10 global company where I apparently slide through the ranks for not knowing how to read or to do fractions, I needed to buy some disposable jeans, which were up to 50% off. Saw the linen pants that I can keep in my desk for customer visits. Please watch your attitude in the future. You never know who you are servicing. This is one of my favorite Old Navy's around town. The selection is usually pretty good, the staff is always nice, and it's clean!!

So I've been at this location twice and there's always a long line with 2 people at the register. The people at the register looked tired and their body language didn't appear to be motivated. The associates on the floor appear almost lifeless and don't greet customers or ask you if you need assistance. I guess the standards of retail at this store aren't what I'm used to from shopping at locations in Nevada and California. And what most irritated me today is there were numerous pieces of clothing on wracks that showed 40% off and $13.99 signs, you look at the tag and no current price was on 3 of the items I chose. I had to have the cashier check before purchase because none of their scanners work, nice. And the lack AC wasn't helping. Needless to say FALSE sales advertising when there's numerous pieces on a wrack of the same print and style and yet the price at the register doesn't represent any type of savings at all. I will never shop at this Old Navy again...I might never shop at an Old Navy anywhere ever again. Last weekend I went in to this Old Navy and after several trips to the dressing room, picked out a pair of cropped pants and a green dress. That Monday I wore the green dress to work. I am a high school teacher, so I spent all of first period at the front of my class talking to the students and writing things on the board. Before the bell rang one of my students was kind enough to point out the giant hole in the butt region of the dress. Mortified now that I had probably flashed my entire first period class, I had to run home to change clothes. When I got home to change and had a chance to further inspect the dress, the seam that ran down the back of the dress had broken loose and the hole was about the size of a sand dollar...on a brand new dress. I had chalked that experience up to bad luck and then today happened. I also bought a pair of cropped khaki pants with that green dress. This morning I put on the pants along with the rest of my outfit only to get to work and find yet another giant gaping hole in the crotch of the pants. Call me picky, but I think spending money on clothes means that you can expect them to be sewn together properly. I have spent less money on cuter clothes that have lasted years. Yet both things I bought from this Old Navy literally fell apart at the seams in less than 2 hours of wear. No more Old Navy for me, there are plenty of other stores to shop at where the clothes don't fall apart. read more

I bought a new jacket from this location and unfortunately found am imperfection on it. I went to a different closer location (Willowbrook mall) location and tried to exchange the jacket and got denied and was accused of messing up the item... I will never use that location again... Now when I went to the original location (this one) to exchange I had no issues and no questions asked! This is the only reason for me not writing Old Navy off for good! Kudos for amazing customer service unlike your neighbors at the Willowbrook mall location. read more
