I constantly would check in for updates as weeks went by to only get the run around through text messages. "I'll have it done by this weekend". Two weeks later "I've been held up, I'll have it sent it tomorrow. What's your address?" Asked for tracking info then after paying via venmo because the "Shopify was having issues". Never received tracking info and I asked for yet another update. I was then refunded via venmo but still never supplied with the tracking information or a update on my tee shirt. This went on for a total of 4 months!!!!! Supposedly the custom words got messed up, the owner tried to "replace the shirt" but that didn't work. Then it became not worth it to fix her mistake because she "gave me a discount". I never asked for a discount. Mind you, I heard this from another source not even from the owner herself. She didn't have the decency to reach out to tell me the truth on what happened, she was scared and it was easier for her to stop talking to me and block my phone number.

I went Sept 1 and they had their full display of Halloween candles, but I imagine as mid-October approaches they may be in shorter supply. I find somedays I totally score with deals here and sometimes I leave empty handed. Sometimes the line is SUPER long, and sometimes it is short. It does get extremely busy especially on weekends but you'll still be able to find a spot. All parking is completely free. When you walk into Nordstrom Rack, you'll either take the escalator or the elevator since everything is on the second floor. The store itself is huge, and they always have a lot of items on sale. I came in specifically looking for UGG shoes, but they were sold out everywhere. The associate, Aiden, was extremely helpful and kind. He went through every single aisle trying to find the exact pair I wanted, and even though they weren't in stock, I really appreciated how much effort he put in. The store has a big selection, especially when it comes to clothes. A lot of the items are designer pieces, yes, they're discounted, but most things still range from around $60 to $100, especially jeans and other clothing. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back. I like this location. It's not the biggest Nordstrom Rack I've been to, but it still has a great selection, and it works perfectly for being in Totem Lake.
