Even asked for an upgrade on the whiskey over the well whiskey. To our horror the waitress brought us two drinks that you might get at a crowded nightclub. You know which I mean. You know when you order a drink at a bar when there are 20-40 people all waiting for a drink and the bartender is just whipping out drinks and dumping ice in them to fill the cup. That's the type of drink we got. It was all regular ice. The kind of ice that dilutes your drink, not the ice block you expect in an old fashioned. When we let the waitress know that the drink tasted something like a whiskey flavored Buble or Lecroix she took it to the bartender. He said only the "smoked old fashioned" get the nice ice. Because they don't want to run out. Run out of frozen water.. at a whiskey bar....Mind you there was two people outside and maybe two tables inside at 7PM on a Sunday. Anyways we declined to order food and went across the street to Sidecar and ordered and old fashioned where apparently they aren't experiencing a frozen water shortage. The picture below is from Sidecar. Point of the story, more affordable bar across the street, better food, better staff, better drinks.

Throughout the evening, your table exhibited a level of noise and disruption that was quite unsettling. Despite the bar staff politely requesting on three separate occasions for you to lower your voices, the atmosphere remained quite chaotic, particularly before 7 p.m. It was evident that your group had consumed an excessive amount of alcohol, which significantly impacted the experience of other guests in the bar. I was particularly concerned when my 12-year-old daughter remarked on the rudeness of your behavior. When approached by the staff, your responses were not only dismissive but also included derogatory comments towards the employees, which my daughter found very troubling. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of respect for those who were working hard to provide a pleasant environment. Moreover, one member of your group appeared to be struggling to maintain composure, further contributing to the uncomfortable atmosphere. I believe it's important to recognize that your behavior was disruptive not only to fellow patrons but also to the children present, including five young ones under the age of 13. I urge you to reflect on this experience. The financial means you may possess do not equate to class or respect for others. Horrible guest services to people that are actually in the industry. They have no reason to be cocky. Shit it's just gross Pointe. Try serving/bartending in West Hollywood, California! When you actually serving famous people with real money. Not the house that you grew up in and can't sell it because your great grandparents said it in their will. Super cool local spot. Relaxed environment with friendly staff. Was very excited that they offer gluten free buns, so my date and I got the burgers and the salad which was a meal on its own and really tasty. Cannot beat the happy hour prices. A must try if you are in the area. read more
