Wow! The chips and salsa really hit the spot!

This place is a hidden gem! The decor is colorful. The menu was a bit daunting but our server was very helpful. We both ordered chimis. Wow! Huge! Flavorful! Presentation was wonderful! Try this place but come hungry! We will be back - often!

The food was great and they gave pretty hefty portions. The salsa has a kick which was such a nice surprise because Mexican restaurants out here usually don't serve spicy salsa. (I'm from SoCal so I know my stuff haha) The elote bowl was my favorite We sat at the bar and the service was so fast, it's a pretty big space and the music fit the vibe. We'll definitely be back!

We are huge fans of Old Pueblo Grill downtown, so we have been anxiously awaiting its opening here in Webster for what seemed like forever. We started with salsa, guacamole, and queso with our chips. The salsas were both spectacular. Guacamole was super dreamy. The queso, however, was odd and something no one in our party enjoyed. We do love the queso downtown, which is what we were expecting but did not receive. Switching to entrees, we were very excited to see Enchiladas Montadas -- stacked enchiladas as we've eaten in southern New Mexico. We found the red sauce one to be really great. The green sauce version was very tasty, though the sauce had broken and/or seized up. Our additional companion ordered Enchiladas Suiza with green sauce. Again, the green sauce had good flavor but was not good consistency and they didn't end up finishing their meal. We are still giving the review a 4 star because this could be some bumps in a new opening. We will definitely return. We will definitely try the green sauce again, however, we will be avoiding the queso.

I went to the Victor, NY location and recall not being blown away by the food, however, I thought I'd give it a shot with full service experience. We started with chips and salsa and the birria eggrolls. As others have said, the salsas are great. The birria eggrolls were amazing. The eggroll is a great vessel for birria. Great flavor, texture, and presentation. I ordered the "Cali Swag" burrito. The overall flavor was great, however, the carne asada was a little fatty and the fries were kinda soggy but it was still an enjoyable item. My companion ordered a carnitas taco, carne asada taco, and the elote for an entree. She had the same complaints about the carne asada being fatty. But the carnitas were spectacular. Really flavorful and tender. The elote had good flavor but the corn was overcooked and lacked good texture. Service was a bit slow, but I don't blame my server for this as, as far as I can tell, she was also the primary bartender. The restaurant is a bit noisy and they played a weird mix of NBC Nightly News and World Whiffle Ball Championships but it also kinda worked so I can't knock it. This is a new place so growing pains are expected and I will certainly come back to try it again!

I had the Spanakopita and Greek salad. The spanakopita was different from what I'm used to, and was very good. It was rolled up like a pastry rather than a pie wedge. The salad was very fresh. My BF had the Farmers Skillet. It was a whopping amount of food. It was 3 eggs over easy, fried potatoes, onions, peppers, Ham, and country gravy poured over top. He enjoyed it very much. Their menu is large, there is a lot to choose from. I think we are going to enjoy getting through this menu.

The food is always fantastic, especially the turkey sandwich with hash browns, which has become my go-to meal every time. Everything is consistently delicious, hot, and served fast. A huge shoutout to our amazing server Hannah, who makes every visit even better. She is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and truly provides outstanding service with a smile. It's rare to find a place that combines great food with such warm hospitality, but Billy's Homestead absolutely delivers on both. Highly recommend to anyone looking for fast, friendly service and excellent homestyle food!

The interior is decorated with a nice Mexican flair, and there's plenty of seating with both booths and tables. The chips and salsa are so good! One time we visited, they were even passing around samples of margarita ice cream they were testing, which was a fun touch. I always order the birria tacos--they come with rice and refried beans, and they're delicious. I also love that I can usually walk in and get a table right away.

Our cups sat empty before we even got our food. The server saw them empty and did not offer a refill. We had a go up to the bar and hunt down someone to give us our bill. In terms of food this place was so disappointing for time price. The fajitas did not come out on a sizzling plate and came with no tortillas and no "fixings" (tomatoes, sour cream, ex.). The enchiladas were served with mole sauce when the dish I ordered was not a mole dish. Another party members burrito was just ground beef in a tortilla, no extras inside like cheese, or beans or grilled veggies. Rice tasted like it had been sitting in a tub under a heat lamp for weeks. The salad came with what appeared to be a ceaser dressing...for a Mexican salad... for the hefty price we paid the service and food quality left much to be desired.
