3 Taco Plate - Chicken, Ground Beef, Shredded Beef
    Samantha M.

Just got into town and we wanted to grab a quick dinner, so decided to check this neighborhood spot out. My friend who lives In the area has driven by it a million times! It was a great vibe inside....nice size bar, plenty of TVs with Thursday Night Football and very clean. Our server was great and very attentive. Food was pretty good and all of their meats were seasoned well. I didn't get a pic of the Birria tacos but let me tell you....their consome was delish as well as the Birria. We plan to be back for Taco Tuesday sometime!

Solid choice for TexMex. I had the chilaquiles and enjoyed both red and green chile on it. Hubs had the enchiladas fiesta and liked them all too! We had the house margs (obviously) and they were pretty good. A little too much sweet and sour, perhaps, but I'd order again! Their salsa is like Pace, definitely does not seem homemade, but they're complimentary, which is how it should be!

We took a chance and came here on Cinco de Mayo at 6pm. The whole restaurant was packed. Which was both a good sign and also a dread. We hoped to get seated and luckly we did right away! We were greeted with complimentary chips and salsa. We looked over the extensive menu and waited. We finished the chips and salsa before we had our drink orders taken. Then waited again to have our food orders taken. It's been awhile since we encountered a super packed restaurant so we were patient and enjoyed the liveliness. I then ordered the Chile rellenos and my bf ordered the chimichanga. Our food probably took about 45 minutes to be made so altogether we waited about a little over an hour since being seated. The food came out piping hot and I knew I had to try their green Chile sauce before it got cold. Immediately had bursts of delicious flavors. I was very pleased. Not only because we were hungry, but because it was really good. Now I've had Chile rellenos before and usually it's a stuffed pepper. This was more like a fried egg roll filled with cut green peppers and cheese. Probably would love something else on the menu, but I'm glad I tried it. The fried dishes were not crispy due to the sauces. The rice and beans were really good and comes with most of their entrees. I'd come back again but definitely on an off night.

Nice atmosphere. Clean. Service is professional. Didn't have to ask for more salsa or chips they were on it. The food was promptly served. Everything was excellent!!

The people are so nice here and the ambiance is perfect. It's my first time here so I asked for a recommendation. They suggested the carne asada plate. Yikes, this is a lot of food and tastes delicious. I didn't even need my steak knife to cut the beef. It was fork tender. So good. Don't miss out.

We made a reservation and were seated promptly at a large outdoor table offering both sunny and shaded spots. The setting is lovely, a nicely restored historic building with a Victorian vibe in downtown Littleton. We ordered: * Roasted Brussels Sprouts ($10) - sopressata, shaved parmesan, oregano-infused white balsamic * Chicken Salad Sandwich ($17) - toasted whole wheat, grilled chicken, dried cranberries, tomato, apple, walnut * Short Rib Grilled Cheese ($20) - beef short rib, white cheddar, tomato, horseradish sauce, arugula, caramelized onion, sourdough * (2) Black Forbidden Rice Salmon Bowls ($25) - cabbage slaw, cilantro, avocado, pickled red onion, cilantro vinaigrette Plus three cocktails: two Bees Knees and one Manhattan. Service was excellent and the food was very well executed. The shared Brussels sprouts were a hit. The salmon bowls were flavorful and nicely prepared, as was the chicken salad sandwich. The fries were hot, crispy, and tasty. However, the standout was the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. Absolutely fantastic, and definitely what I'll be ordering next time. Tip: Restaurant parking is available in back of the restaurant.

I…read morewon free chicken salad chick for a year through her online instagram promotions, so I highly recommend following her on social media. She seems like a highly motivated businesswoman here in Denver, also doing things or hosting events at her locations. As a healthcare worker, I was exited to see her making moves doing pop ups at hospitals! Overall, we love the food here. It's easy, quick, yummy & light on your stomach for lunch! We like the buffalo quick chick also to use as a buffalo dip. It's a good way to add protein throughout your week. We come here every month at least. Lastly, I like how the owner hires younger women. It seems like she inspires a lot of high school girls to have people facing jobs. As a customer I can see the encouragement among the girls at this location to help with confidence and training for their futures. It seems like a very positive business model for the future generation of women in Denver!

The food came out quickly, servers were all smiles, but the store was not as clean as you'd expect with so many employees standing around with little to occupy them. Ice was all over the beverage machine, the Peach Tea dispenser was empty (and still empty 20 minutes later), the floor was crumby, and napkins and dropped menus were under tables. Our food was fine. I liked the lemon basil chicken salad, and the side of chicken tortilla soup, while very small (5 oz., maybe?) was tasty but certainly not close to hot. My dining companion ordered the bacon cheddar melt sandwich--oops, out of bacon, so he settled for a turkey club sandwich, which was fine. The side of macaroni and cheese (again, very small) was good. We liked the small buttery cookies, pickle spear, and crackers. Since there were so few diners, the restaurant wasn't noisy. I downloaded the app (25 free points) but not going to rush back.

I've had it before and enjoyed it, but the last couple times the food has been cold despite being ready within 7 minutes. Today, I was at Chop Shop the minute my order was ready, as I got a notification on my phone. I got the chicken with polenta and my husband had the chicken tenders. We got freezer burnt chicken that was wet and soggy, breading falling off, and impossible to chew like cardboard. Not to mention the polenta and Mac and cheese were cold. I understand not every experience can be perfect, however to pay a tip, restaurant service fee (that apparently doesn't go to staff because it's a separate charge), and have to pay for utensils at a quick serve restaurant just to receive small portions, cold food, and past quality ingredients is not acceptable. I would sooner go to a fast food restaurant.
