We spoke to the manager, who supported her employee, which is great, but what about the customer? They didn't offer to remove the charge or apologize; they were simply rude. We will never return to this establishment.

The bar is very long with no step through so the dear bartenders have to do a 20 yrd dash to get from one side to the other. The most annoying thing is all those TV's are controlled by some sort of super computer in a back office that no one but the manager seems to know how to operate. Ive gone several times recently looking for sports like motocross or sailGP and they couldn't get it. I went for several NBA and NHL playoff games and had to ask for them (?!?) and it took them 30 mins to cue them up (pretty soon after they opened so may have still been working out the bugs). Their Reach Around drink marketing is weak. The pictures all show a tumbler glass but it's really served in a very small zombie glass. There is still hope for this place but they need to tighten up some things to get back on my rotation.

A few minutes after a man came to me saying he had noticed my drink order, complimented my tastes, and said I might also enjoy a rum that he was offering me. At first I jokingly told him that I don't normally accept drinks from strange men in a bar. We laughed, and he introduced himself as Bruce, the owner. It was great customer service, and definitely the kind of attention to detail that I'm looking for in general, but certainly for something that's supposed to be a higher-end speakeasy. My friend asked the bar tender why a $2 more for the same drinks. They didn't have a Happy Hour so that shouldn't have been the issue. The 3rd round was now $5 each. We paid each time, as well as, tipped. After the second act of the show I noticed and smelled some vaping near our table. It was very strong and offensive to me. And I used to be a smoker. A few moments later the woman who was vaping came over and apologize. She stated she was the owner and has been trying to qui and she just needed a hit. Mind you she was seated less then 10' from the front door. Why not just step outside! It turns out that the BLIND PIG has a "no smoking, no vaping" policy. Guess that is only enforced if you're a patron. It was shortly after that that the other owner (a man) came to our table holding a receipt stating we owed him another $4! He was aggressive, rude and in our face kind of way. We asked why the different prices and why the waitress and bartender charged different prices. He said, he sets the prices and they didn't know he set them! What a joke! We paid the $4 then left due to his/their lack of professionalism on how to resolve a $4 dispute and retain a couple of new potential patrons. By the way...we were cheated out of the final act due to the situation. Who would want to stay after being treated like that from the "owners". One last note...if we would have stayed til the end, they would have made more $ due to us buying another round or 2. Their loss!

Only bad part is they don't have fries so they give you bags of chips instead. The beer is pretty cheap here and their glasses as sturdy, considering my friend dropped 2 beers and they didn't break. While contemplating life, I noticed writing on the stall wall, it said, "If you want the job done right, call Martha." I thought, Well, Martha sounds confident. So I thought I'd give her a call. Turns out it wasn't Martha. It was Bob's Plumbing. So I gave this place 4 stars, they need to occasionally confirm the numbers on the stall walls.
