I enjoy coming to Old Time Pottery when I'm looking for house decor. They have a wide variety of home decor (pictures, lamps, cutlery, seasonal decor and more). They now sell clothing and shoes as well. The store could use a little more organization as a lot of stuff was just everywhere. It's hard to tell who the workers are. I only say maybe 3 but there has to be more than that. Prices are reasonable. read more

Upon walking in this store is huge. Warehouse vibes. So many directions to go in , each angle is amazing and jaw dropping. This is definitely a one stop shop. The selection of each section is plentiful. Clothes, flowers, plants, furniture, appliances, patio, candles etc. prices are reasonable and can fit anyone's budget. Store clean and clear of clutter. Hrs and days listed below. Staff were present. Not enough time in a day . I will definitely return when I have more time to browse this amazing inventory. read more

Sunday June 8 at 2:30 pm I encountered a employee who was rude for no reason. Whoever the black, skinny lady that had on a royal blue jogging suit, short hair with blue color in her hair; She needs customer service training really bad. All I asked was where an item was at in the store. First of all she was looking at me crazy as I was asking the question. She act like she couldn't open her mouth to talk. She just pointed where the item should be. I even said thank you and she just rolled her eyes and continued to work. I saw her laughing and joking with another customer so I know she can talk. I'm not sure what her problem was, but she needs to grow up. She is too old to not know how to conduct herself on the job when interacting with the public. If she is going to be in the front dealing with the customers she needs to use some common sense on how she should be treating customers. Especially if the customer isn't causing problems. I hope this will be addressed because her behavior was uncalled for. read more

This store is disgusting. Saw at least four dead birds on the floor. Broken ceramic pots on the floor. The restroom was filthy. Every toilet was clogged with debris and filthy. Will never go back. read more

I went to Old Time just to browse the fall decoration selection and upon walking in the thing that caught my attention most was the 25% off Fall and Christmas decor, I was in heaven with how huge the place is and the selection of decorations they have. The prices were not too bad but with the 25% off it made the prices even better, they were savings I could believe in. I was also greeted promptly upon walking to the register and the cashier even came from around the counter to help me get some of my items out of the cart. I only bought Fall decor but believe me I will go back when it's time to decorate for Christmas, they also have furniture, clothing and many other household necessities so if anyone is looking for inexpensive nice things for the house put this on the list. read more

I have been to this store many times. They have a large variety of things that are very interesting. Also if you are looking for something you should be able to find it there they have so many nice things to pick from. The prices are not bad and the merchandise is so colorful and pretty you might walk out of there with something that you were not planning on buying. read more

Great decorations. I didn't experience the customer service. Me and my husband only went in to browse. We will be coming back to the store. They have some beautiful artwork. I love the Marilyn Monroe large photos. Great place to find beautiful vases, fake flowers, artwork and countless other decorations. The only problem was they were selling eating utensils for $82; I really hope that was not the correct price because that is waaaaaay to much to pay for eating utensils. The store was clean and nicely put together. I will be going back for the artwork. I will post more reviews on this store location. read more
