Winegardner isn't good and then on top of that I paid for a four wheel alignment and my car still doesn't go straight. I believe that they never even did the service and just took my money. After a test drive I advised it is for my wife and asked if I could put down a deposit for the vehicle so my wife could drive it first. I expressed we were extremely interested in the car however I pressed on time. They advised they would not do it and made zero attempts to assist in the sale. The only option they gave was buy the vehicle. This is the only dealership I have been to that does this. So I in a rushed state we had to put a down payment of the vehicle since they refused to hold it any amount of time and we had to buy it. The next day we returned to pick up the vehicle. It was at least washed but didn't even come with a tank of gas, which I felt was silly and showed the amount of care they have for their customers. Only nice thing about the whole process was being able to do the forms online since I had to work so that's why I gave it two stars.

They were so slow and incompetent I had to pull my Jeep out in the middle of their alleged servicing. They worked on my Jeep maybe two hours at most! And 9 days of nothing! I had to pay for a rental car the whole time too. Communication with them was terrible, they were rude, and so completely inefficient and incompetent. The GM and Service Manager were just as bad, and fostered this negligent attitude. To make it worse, they don't care! Instead, I was misled into believing that my car required a $16,000 part--an outrageous claim that immediately raised red flags once I had the chance to get a second opinion. What's worse, I was told that in order to even obtain this supposed part, I would first need to pay for the installation of a brand-new battery through them. This felt like a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services and pressure me into spending even more money under false pretenses. At no point did I feel like transparency or integrity were a priority. Instead, it seemed like profit was the only concern, regardless of how misleading the information given to customers might be. This kind of behavior erodes trust and takes advantage of people who may not have extensive knowledge about vehicle repairs. I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership: get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs, and don't let yourself be pressured into unnecessary add-ons. My experience was a clear example of how easily customers can be misled when honesty takes a back seat to sales tactics.

    1 star and that's being generous…read more My husband and I purchased a used 2019 Chevy Suburban from this dealership and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Within a very short time, it became obvious the transmission was failing hard shifting, slipping, warning signs that don't just appear overnight. What's most frustrating is that this feels conveniently undisclosed. There is no way a dealership "inspects" a vehicle and misses such a major issue, especially one this serious and expensive. It's hard not to believe this problem was known and intentionally hidden just to make the sale. We know that it was intentional because whoever they had make the makeshift repairs to seal the deal, left a used rag in the transmission pan. Yes, you read that correctly, they left a rag in the transmission pan that they'll surely claim they knew nothing about. A transmission repair on a vehicle like this is thousands of dollars, and buyers should not be left holding the bag because a dealership chose profit over honesty. We thankfully had a warranty through our credit union and was able to get the vehicle repaired. We have already drafted a letter to the credit union that they need to be removed from the trusted sellers list. If you're considering buying from here, get an independent inspection first or better yet, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. I regret trusting this dealership and would never recommend them.

I…read moream an Automotive Technician with over 35 years of experience and allowed my wife to take her BMW to Family auto care due to my lack of specialized diagnostic equipment, I expected they would make the repairs my wife asked for, but they found a problem with the drive shaft flex joint and quoted a repair of around $1200 and without her consulting me she agreed to the repair having faith in there service from references of others. I visited the shop when she picked her vehicle up and I asked to see the old part, they supplied the old part and when asked what was wrong with it they said it had cracks in it, I guess they expected me to agree with there diagnostics but it clearly could have gone at least another 150,000 miles based on the condition it was in. this diagnostic would be like telling you to replace your 40,000 mile tires in 5000 miles. The service writer said your wife approved it and I gasped, you think my wife has a clue if they were selling her a repair she did not need. they apparently are not your advacate but are relying on you just agreeing with them and taking it, after all its not their money. Be smart get a second opinion and ask for your old parts, James
