We were staying at the hotel across the way and decided to pick up a quick snack. We called in to place a pick up and they were very kind and engaging both on the phone as well as upon arrival. Food was ready quick and price for quantity was great yet didn't skimp on quality. We ordered the bacon cheese sticks. Marinara was flavorful and had a little kick but not spicy. It was not greasy for the amount of cheese on it. Bacon was cooked well not to crisp and not to chewy. They were out of salads but that happens. Arrived about 5pm on a Thursday, toke a few to order maybe 5-10 mins , ordered to hamburger steaks and a kid spaghetti with 3 water. Inside looks fair nothing really steps out about decor. Not very busy and seen other tables get apps and their meal after we did and they was seated after we ordered. I don't mind fresh food cooked food wait but for food at 5::35 so we waited 25-30 mins for food. Staff were not super friendly. Both hamburgers steaks were Burnt , both were crunchy. We sounded like we were eating an apple Total came to be 33.76 before tip. . If looking for place to eat I would find somewhere else. read more

Loved the menu choices & the service was great! The iced tea was great as well (hubs had 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet (perfection). Would've enjoyed a bigger chef salad. The grilled chicken I added was delish and the ranch is my favorite! But the added veggies were minimal & they charge extra for cheese and there was no boiled egg (it wasn't listed in the ingredients but who doesn't put eggs on their chef salad)? My family and I went to Old town Grill last night to celebrate my birthday. We waited over 30 minutes and never got seated, even though there were tables that could have been cleaned off to seat us. The manager(owner) did everything she could to not seat us. People who came in way after we did were seated. I went up and spoke to her. She pretty much let me know that she wasn't listening and didn't care what I had to say! We later decided to go somewhere else to eat. That's no way to run a business!!! She has no business treating customers that way. My family or I will never set foot in there again, and I will let others know how we were treated!!! read more

My family and I came here on a Wednesday for dinner and we were immediately greeted and seated! There's a hostess area when you first walk in the door and to the right, the checkout area. From what I could tell, there are two separate dining areas, which is very spacious. It wasn't crowded at all but there were multiple parties but not any large parties. The ambiance has a very comfortable feel to it. Since I was with my family, it just really felt like we were all sitting around the table at one of our houses - - It was great!!! Our server, Valerie took really good care of us. She made sure that our drinks were always filled. We all ordered something different from the menu and enjoyed the food but there were a few things that could have been better. For my meal, I ordered the wing entree, which came with 6 wings , one side and ( i picked steamed veggies), which were cauliflower/carrots and it came with a piece of texas toast. The wings are pure PERFECTION!!! I have never had wings where they automatically are prepared "well done." I only had 6 wings but I will definitely order more the next time I come here! I didn't really care for the steamed veggies ; they were kind of overcooked to me but they weren't horrible. I went with steamed veggies as a healthier option. My family and I had a good experience here and plan to visit here again in the future! The portions and prices were ideal. The only downside , the fries were kind of cold and lacked salt but otherwise , nothing major. I had planned to order a slice of lemon ice box pie to go but I forgot- next time , I won't forget. With inflation prices have gone up (relative to menu pictures) for mediocre food. Was disappointed on first visit. Unlikely to return.

Did a curbside pickup which was quick and painless, same for ordering. The food smelled delicious in the car, and was good. My complaint is the prices for what you get. The grilled chicken comes with one side and a pickle, i have no idea why it comes with a pickle. The side i chose was a baked potato. Which came plain, no problem. But butter and sour cream are extra, only a few cents but still. There is no other options, no cheese or bacon, nothing. A side salad is 2.99 or 6.99 depending on which on you chose. The chicken was seasoned very well, and they have delicious white sauce. All in all, i would eat there again, but when you are charging for butter maybe you should just raise the price of the item so you don't have to charge. read more

Quite enjoyable. If you're looking for a nice homestyle restaurant, this place happens to be pretty good. My parents were in town so we were looking for some good comfort food. I ordered the chicken wings and cheesy sticks for appetizers; the wings were prepared to perfection. The cheesy sticks were good as well. For main course they have options ranging from chicken Tenders, grilled chicken breast, hamburger steak, pizza, and spaghetti for the kids. I had the hamburger steak with loaded baked potato as a side. I don't go to Childersburg but I must say I'd take another trip for this little spot... Oh and everyone was really friendly. read more

They tend to over cook the meats are vastly under seasoned, and the salad is always bland, iceberg lettuce with white onions and cucumber. The ranch dressing is average, however all dressings are previously purchased. This restaurant does not serve wine, beer or alcohol. They have no interest in the idea. The appeal to this location is family friendly, elderly crowd with low expectations of overly priced fast food.
