I absolutely loved this place, I'd always see it on my way to work, so I decided to finally give it a try. I was my first time coming here so I didn't know what to order. The owner, Rhonda I believe, was super friendly, she explained what was what, she asked what I liked and based on that she recommended a German chocolate cake shake. She also recommended I tried the tea that gives you energy. She made me a mermaid water, soooooooo soooo good!!! And oh my goodness! The shake was amazingly delicious. If I could upload videos I'd be in trouble! I'd be uploading all night! I think I have more photos and videos of shakes and teas from old town nutrition than I do without. I love this place! The vibes are addicting. I drove from Hemet 3 maybe 6 days a week for the first year it was open and there's never been a week that hasn't gone by in the 3 years that's it's been open that I haven't come in at least twice. Currently once now (gas prices *cough*)...anyway! The shakes are amazing. The teas are bomb! The protein donuts and protein waffles and protein oatmeal are fabulous! And to say that they've all helped me lose weight, maintain weight, helped me create healthy sustainable habits is just the tip of the iceberg. My family loves this place! The owners are so nice and their drinks are super healthy with a lot of flavors and different health pointers! I think they're better and healthier drinks than Jamba smoothies and kombucha drinks. They're super easy to drink and soothe our bodies. The overpriced drinks are not worth risking mine, or anyone else's health. Employees do not wear a mask, or gloves! Even not in a pandemic, why would you want a stranger to touch your food items without gloves? Employees continuously talk, which would typically be good customer service, but not while making drinks without a mask. I'd rather not have someone's spit flying in my drink. read more

I decided to try this place after seeing so many yummy looking pictures and peoples rave reviews on facebook. The store itself was pretty cute and looked clean. I had read before going in that they offer many gluten free items, but the woman who helped me didn't seem to know what gluten was. When I asked her what ok the menu was gluten free she looked seriously confused. She looked at a few of the canisters of powder and said "these say GF." I should have left at this point, but I really wanted to give them a try. I ordered the chunky monkey shake which she said was one of the most popular ones. Before she put any toppings on it I asked her if they were gluten free. She said "it's granola." I said "okay, but is it gluten free?" She didn't know. I said to just skip any toppings, because I have celiac and will get very sick if they aren't gluten free. The shake was honestly not good at all. It had very little flavor to me and was quite watery and foamy, maybe too much ice or maybe she left it in the blender too long? Idk. I've never had Herbalife products before, which I now know is what this place makes all of its drinks with. Unless someone contacts me to let me know this was a fluke and that other employees are more knowledgeable about what they put in their drinks, I won't be going back. Too risky and too expensive for a bland tasting shake that may or may not make me sick. read more

My home away from home ! Old town nutrition is amazing from the yummy shakes to the teas. The staff makes you feel at home. They are super sweet and nice with amazing energy no matter what time of the day. They have different flavors of shakes from horchata to peanut butter cookie.
