We were traveling on I-15 south and got a flat tire on my Limited!!!i called Temecula Harley-davidson service dept and Aaron answered the call. He assured me the tow truck was on the way (which he was) and they got there in 40 minutes to take my bike to their service dept and the service dept busted their ass and got my bike in and out of the shop in 45 minutes. Very bad dealership and poor business practices! Came in Sunday morning at 10am as they open to be able to pick up the Harley I want, 2016 low rider S. Bike was showing in stock and available on their website and when I walked in the bike was sitting on the showroom floor available with NO sold sticker. Told the dealer let's do it, hour later he tells me I'm sorry everything is perfect with your credit the problem is the bike is already sold to someone else! Very bad experience will never be back and will spread the word not to go to this "stealership".. Bike is still showing in stock, they just want you to come down so you can end up paying a mark-up on their bikes even though they claim they are selling for msrp. Avoid this place like the plague! One of the mangers just said sorry after I asked if this was common practice for them and didn't have any thing else to say. read more

Temecula Harley Davidson has one of the most positive, helpful, courtious staffs in the business. There maintenance department is top notch. I had to have my engine rebuilt and they made my CVO purr like a kitten. Tim was an awesome help when it came to the rebuild. I got it back pretty Quick. Very satisfied with Temecula Harley Davidson. Clothing sales staff will go out of there way to try and get you exactly what you need. If they do not have it they will order it for you if it has not been discontinued. $600.00 BS Charge Out of towners watch your back if renting from this place. I must take some responsibility for not taking my own advice on this, but I will tell my story and hopefully it will help someone in the future. I was staying at the Temecula Creek Inn for a wedding and decided I'd head to town and rent a bike for 24 hours. I had a great paperwork/bs session with the guy and he took me outside showed me the standard bike controls and threw me the keys "Have a great ride" *We never went over current bike condition together* Big Mistake!* I hung around outside before I took off and made a few phone calls, started looking at the bike and noticed a dime sized ding in the muffler about 2/3rds of the way down the pipe. At this point I thought nothing of it because all damage is usually noted when the bike is previously returned. I wanted to go ride and I hopped on and bailed out of there. The next day the rental shop was closed and I returned the bike to the Dealer. They accepted the bike and I told them about the damage that was there when I picked up the bike. No one said a single word about it and we went on our merry way. The next morning I received a message from the rental guy saying that I damaged the bike. And he described the damage to me, it was the same as I had seen when I picked up the bike plus a new spot I didn't see on the front of the muffler heat shield... just out of my view I guess. $600.00 damage he says. I will stop here because I am so mad I am going to start ranting. Just please be warned that there are definitely some dishonest people working here trying to take advantage of folks from out of town. Don't be fooled like me and think everyone is honest and trustworthy. Ride Safe! read more

The absolute worst experience at a Harley dealer. The price listed on the used bikes did not include any of there (so called) fees like set up charge=1275.00, or tire fees=175.00, doc fees=750.00, there were 3 or 4 other fees that I found to be outrageous. The price on the bike was 15995.00 and after all the charges were added with tax I was over 24000.00 WTF 4 hours there to find this shit out. I was so disgusted and dumbfounded I just shook my head no and left. With no intention to ever browse this Harley store again. I live in Bakersfield CA and the Harley dealer here is horrible which is why I'm looking at other dealers. Went here looking for my first motorcycle. First time coming here I worked with Max who I intended on giving the first opportunity to earn my business. I was prepared to buy my bike today but there was no room for negotiating on his part.. when I considered raising my offer but it still wasn't the price [he]wanted it to be. He proceeded to tell me he wouldn't even consider asking his boss to do it and just told me no. All I asked for was a little help to get the bike I wanted and there was no help from this max the sales man and I feel disrespected that he wouldn't even get his manager involved. I will now be taking my business to another Harley Davidson dealership and instead of my tax dollar staying locally I'll have to take it elsewhere. Went in with the BF, let's just say, if you're a lady and want to buy, go alone or they'll spend the whole time trying to sell to the man and ignore you. I mean I got courtesy smiles as salesmen walked by, they were all very polite and funny. But I literally brought up multiple times that you're trying to sell to the wrong person, but that was dismissed as a joke. I feel like that scene in pretty woman "you work on commission right?...BIG mistake, huge." You want to waste your time selling to someone who has no means to purchase while I'm telling you I want to buy, you don't deserve my business. So its ok for them to sale a used bike that has just been nothing but a problem and when i try to take it in to get fixed i have to come out of pocket. No doubt you've seen other reviews of customers who are frustrated with the poor level of "after the sale" customer service at Temecula Harley and its service department, but our experience is taking it to a whole new level. We bought a brand-new Harley from Temecula Harley just over a year ago, and have since purchased upgraded equipment and accessories from them. Each time we brought the bike in for installation there was an issue. Either they would install the wrong accessory, or keep the bike for weeks to do a task that took a couple of hours at most, or someone would call and say the bike was ready for pickup but when we showed up they would say they didn't know who called us and it wasn't actually ready. This happened MULTIPLE times. The last straw was with our stereo system. We purchased a new 6-speaker system from Rockford Fosgate during a special event at Temecula Harley. The intial installation itself was a nightmare, but the worst of it was when we brought the bike in one last time to properly wire in the back speakers (as was agreed at the time of purchase). We had all the same issues of keeping the bike for excessive amounts of time and the mystery callers saying it was ready when it wasn't. Finally they said it was ready, we brought the bike home, and upon inspection of the installation job we saw that the wires had been just twisted and taped with electrical tape at multiple junctions, and instead of fishing the wires through the existing harness sleeve they just clamped them to the outside of the sleeve. No soldering, no shrink tubing...LAZY work, extremely unprofessional, and a potential hazard. We tried calling the general manager of Temecula Harley to discuss the problem and give them an opportunity to respond to our complete dissatisfaction, but he never returned our phone calls. Totally fed up and feeling taken advantage of, we expressed our frustration on social media, after which Temecula Harley called and said we are no longer welcome at their business and they wish to sever all ties with us. It is absolutely unfathomable to me that they would rather ban a customer than improve their customer service. Don't ever let them tell you that your warranty is void if anyone else works on your bike...AVOID TEMECULA HARLEY and use a local shop with a great reputation instead. read more

Andre, the new owner, has really brought the "A" game of customer service to this place. Bought my second new Harley this year, 34 bikes in this life now. So how do I even begin to describe how disgusted I am with one of your employees. I had called in for some information and was rudely put on hold.... After 5 minutes of waiting I was told to hold again and then was spoken to in such a tone like it was my fault for being placed on hold. All I heard was something about payroll being processed and her yelling at some poor girl named Sharon about God knows what! I was referred to this company through a few people and the Yelp reviews seemed great. I would think the level of professionalism would be in place here but I see that's not the case with the lady PAM who answered my call. This place is a joke. Absolutely zero communication between all the salesman. Was told a price out the door for a bike over the phone and drove all the way to Temecula wth a check to find out they never agreed on that price. AND the bike wasn't even ready to take home! I've bought several Harley's before, and my whole family rides harleys, and NEVER have we experienced such a fucked up experience. I'll keep to supporting my local shop and never will I support this shop again. If I could get ahold of Harley corporate and let them know the circus that is being run there I would. I was out for a two-day ride with my Chrome Divas from both LA and San Diego. I'm in the process of a move and unfortunately left my good helmet back in Arizona. So I had another one and attempted to use it however it was just miserable. And there is nothing worse than a helmet that ruins your ride. We stopped at Temecula Harley and I immediately zeroed in on the rear wall of helmets. I must say I was not very happy with the minimal selection of helmets offered especially for women so I did the best I could with what there was available and bought a new helmet. Kailee was the sales girl and she was just adorable. She was very patient with me and very kind and helpful. I mentioned to her that there was gum stuck on the back of my bike that was picked up on the road somewhere and she immediately grabbed a can of spray and a cloth and went outside and cleaned the whole back of my bike up. I've visited this store a few times recently and I was very pleased with the staff every time. My first experience here was actually quite memorable. I don't usually walk into motorcycle shops often but I grew up in Temecula and had never visited before so I figured I would take a look around. At first I was intimidated and I didn't know where to start. I almost walked back out of the store until I was approached by Carol. She welcomed me and introduced herself and even offered me a tour of the store since this was my first time here. I immediately felt welcomed by her friendly & approachable personality. This dealership is now also a BMW dealership. I just purchased a new 2019 R 1250 GS w/aluminum side cases. My salesperson, Eduardo, was very patient, no pressure, exceptionally knowledgeable about my product. He was able to orient me to all of the electronic settings in easy to understand language. Eduardo was also very knowledgeable about the mechanical features of my bike. I was very comfortable in working with him, would do it again. Inventory selection is fair. The staff in the finance department are no-pressure, skilled at explaining the details of the paperwork. It felt like everyone was going the extra mile to make this a positive experience. The bike was perfectly detailed at delivery. I actually received a call the next day checking to see how I was doing with my GS. Perhaps it goes with the territory but I wasn't able to get much of a deal on my purchase price, in fact I paid full retail. The factory had no customer cash incentives for my bike even though it is the end of the model year. They did give me a good discount on the side cases and brackets and did not charge an installation fee. I met with the Service Manager, Dave, who is relaxed and knowledgeable. BMW Riverside considers their lead BMW technician to be highly skilled with an excellent reputation. I plan to update my review over time, specifically when I reach my first service interval. This is my 3rd BMW motorcycle, my first two were solid reliable performers. All I need now is an open road! read more
