I had my voltage regulator replaced for $170 at RIVERSIDE HD. When I got my bike back, it was spotless. And this coming from a guy who is meticulous about keeping his bike clean. I had a rear tire replaced for $370 at TEMECULA HD and not only did they not clean the bike, they couldn't be bothered to wipe the gooey mess left all around the wheel and tire. Now I have to lay on the ground, clean the tire and wheel on both sides, get up, move the bike, rinse & repeat. I returned to TEMECULA HD to buy brake pads and spoke to the young lady at the front desk about what happened. She took my name and number and assured me the owner would give me a call. You guessed it, the owner never called. Although much further away, RIVERSIDE HD is now the obvious choice. Sorry TEMECULA HD, customer service is important to me. read more

Nice size store. We drove down there in our car and there was plenty of spaces. The minute we walked in we were welcomed and told about the deals for the day. The sales guys didn't approach us which was insulting and tough luck for them because I was in the market for a bike but I won't buy a bike from a dealership that doesn't acknowledge women as riders. I did buy my jacket and riding gear there that day from the clothing staff. Most likely won't go back to buy a bike from them. read more

Even though what I was buying was not an expensive bike at all, I was still treated like my time, and money mattered to them. Every single person I came in contact with was professional and seemed to be in a great mood. This includes my salesperson, Alex, the guy that did my purchase paperwork (Mike maybe? I'm bad with names), and the guy that delivered my new bike. They delivered to Oceanside for free by the way. Make long story short I been in the search for two Harley models . Online sales rep and sale man on the floor are cool and helpful . Can't get a price OTD with out filling a credit app. That not how to get a customer . 1. Trying to lock me down to sale me something not a good strategy. 2. Online sales rep made contact with me this morning I informed rep I'll be at the dealership in 30 mins . When I got there nice receptionist at the door greeted me . After that walking around for 10 mins between Harley side and BMW side not one sales personnel greeted me. I have sold two near perfect bikes to them and was asking for fair price both bikes were so nice they made and will make about $8,000.00 on both bikes or about $4,000.00 each bike. What hurts is I was only asking for $500.00 on each bike over what they paid me. I bought all the accessories for the bikes through this dealership both bikes were so complete they had nothing to fix or service but they still wouldn't give my asking price! SERVICE DEPT -dishonest or incompetent? Took my '05 Road King in for oil change. The oil light had come on so I put in a quart and took to them. I had oil change and full service $388. Road home no problem 2 days later horrible tapping and stalling. I took some where else and they noticed the oil sensor not hooked up. When we connected it - the oil light came on!!! Checked oil pressure and it was less 10 lbs? It was also way over full with oil? So...... were they trying to blow up my motor for additional repairs or maybe I'd trade in for new bike? Was the tech's fix more oil and disconnect sensor because he was unable to figure out problem by adding more oil..... I don't know but I'm never taking "Cherry" back. read more

I was looking for a new ride and decided to continue my search on cycletrader. I found the bike I was looking for listed at Temecula H-D early on Sunday morning. I sent them an email asking a few questions, and Sean emailed me back within the hour, even though they were not open yet. He answered my questions, and I decided I wanted to ride the bike. I called him back and let him know that i would be there in a few hours. He said he may not be there when I get there, but to ask for Don and he would hook me up. I was a little apprehensive about a H-D dealer selling a metric cruiser, but based on the Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a go, since I had nothing else to do. We arrived a few hours later, and they had already put the bike aside for me, and Don was ready to answer some additional questions and accompany me on a test ride. I told him that I did not know the area, but wanted to ride it around some to see how it handles and goes. We went on a 20-30 minute ride, which confirmed to me that it was the bike I wanted. Got back to the dealership and started the paperwork with Mike and Red. As it typically is with sale and DMV paperwork, it took longer than I wanted (about 90 mins), but everyone was extremely nice and professional, and helped the time go quickly. I was unable to ride the bike home that day, and asked if they would hold it for me until the following Saturday, which wasn't a problem. I called them the following Saturday telling them i would be there in a few hours, and when I arrived, the bike was ready to go. Overall - a great experience, even though I didn't buy a Harley, but if I ever decide to get one, they will definitely be on my list of a dealer to visit. read more

These guys are awesome. I went in there to pick up some supplies so I could do an oil change transmission change and primary change. The guys in the parts department recommended a specific lubricant for my gears made by Belray. I'm so glad I took the recommendation because it makes such a huge difference in shifting in finding neutral and the way the transmission operates. It's like night and day. I wish all of the previous dealers that I have dealt with would have told me about this. I would have been using it all along. Needless to say,these guys are great. read more

After much research, my husband located the motorcycle he wanted! The only dealership in 100 miles that had one was Temecula Harley. We drove over an hour on Sunday afternoon to go look at. We were there over 30 minutes and no one asked if we needed any help or wanted to look at a bike. The only person that spoke to me was the receptionist when I helped myself to some water from the machine on the counter next to the coffee machine, she said "Hello" and the only person who spoke to my husband was someone telling him to make sure he put the kickstand down correctly after he sat on a bike in the showroom. We walked in ready to buy Stock# U038427 with a blank check loan from our credit union but no one wanted to take the time to help us. We left and went to Riverside Harley, unfortunately they didn't have what we wanted but they're going to look for us. First sales person who greeted me outside the shop was Don who was very knowledgable when it came to talking to us about the bikes, and getting to know me and what I was looking for. A little over a week ago I was having a rough day so I went to Temecula Harley to browse bikes since I wanted another Harley in the near future. I checked out the Softail Slim S model and took it out for a test drive with one of the Harley associates John. John didn't pressure me nor did the staff. I told him I had to think about it because it was a significant purchase. I didn't get dogged with phone calls or emails like a lot of dealers tend to do. In fact the only call i received was regarding my experience. I came back and made it happen. The same protocol of no pressure and just a light casual transaction. The only issues I really had were with DMV and my insurance but that had nothing to do with the dealer. If you try to return something, good luck. They won't do cash refunds, because apparently a retail store doesn't keep $100 in cash in the store. They'll make you use the same card for purchase and hopefully you don't need that money right away because it's going to take at least 3 days to get your money back. I have contacted the dealership on several occasions, for two specific reasons. I am active duty military, currently deployed, and had attempted to contact them to "sell" my bike to them. After several emails and phone calls, I was able to get some feedback, only to have communications stop. I then decided to trade in two motorcycles and buy a new one, and after having a pre-approval from HDFS, and an email from Taylor stating "I'll put something together as soon as possible" and then not hearing anything back for over 11 days. Its almost like the HD business is so booming that they do not care or need my business, so I will now drive 30 miles to the next closest dealer for all my HD needs read more

Well my husband & myself read the reviews and thought lets try these guys out, hahaha yeah no!!!!! We went there knowing which bike we wanted, how much we wanted to spend and we're ready to purchase. We couldn't get anybody to help us but a young kid that was out washing the bikes and finally we got someone willing to talk to us he acted like we were taking up his time. By then we were pissed and over it, I have to say this was the worst Harley dealer we have ever been to with the worst costumer service!!!! Service teams seems ok, bought new tires to find out I needed a new bearing and brakes. Replaced brakes and now they sound like garbage. Took bike in they couldn't replicate it... but I also told them that I still haven't received the promo I was told I get, which was a tire rebate. Was told it's not their promo, to basically figure it out. I told them it's an incentive they advertise when selling me the tires so why wouldn't they honor it and figure it out? Basic questions, but could tell the tech was getting short and annoyed so I dropped it. Not very impressed and it's a shame because I was going to get a stage 4 new bars and cables, get brake sensor replaced, and a long list of other things for this bike, then bring in my pops bike for tires and new volume button ect... going to have to consider other options. If I can't get assistance on this easy stuff then I'm concerned about having them tear my bike apart. I heard Arnie's garage does good work may go there next. read more

We went to Temecula Harley "just to look"! The service was incredible! Dale Costa was our salesperson, he really took care of us! We got a sweet deal on a ultra limited. Financing was painless and even though it was Sunday and they were closing the girls on the merchandise side stayed so we could shop while we waited for the paperwork to be finished.
