I called the office and they told me they would be back out the next day, so I went to my house hoping to see the workers call the office and they had already left. Never told me they finish the work, never show me what work they completed and proceeded to charge me the remainder for the work. I definitely wouldn't recommend you doing business with these people.

My experience was extremely disappointing and filled with red flags from start to finish. After payment was made, communication from Mr. Coleman became inconsistent and unreliable. Calls and messages were not returned in a timely manner--if at all. He frequently went silent for long periods, leaving me without updates on the status of my own project. It also became clear that Mr. Coleman is primarily a salesman and does not perform the work himself. Instead, he hires third-party contractors to complete the job. At that point, you would be better off hiring the contractors directly and avoiding a middleman who does not follow through on his commitments. I initially chose to trust him based on positive reviews and wanting to support a Black-owned business. However, professionalism, communication, and reliability matter in any business--and unfortunately, this company did not demonstrate those qualities. If you move forward after reading this review, understand that you have been warned. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through speaks for itself.

They've repaired lost shingles, and wind damage to the soffits. When they replaced the roof for my house and garage it was supposed to be a two-day job. I had surgery scheduled for early on the second day. But they doubled the crew to finish the job in one day so I could recover at home without the noise. That was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also quickly fixed leaking downspouts that were clogged from leaves. About a week ago they installed gutter guards. Each roofer they've ever sent for estimates and/or service has been an honest pro. Jerome is responsive, great at troubleshooting and patient when explaining things. Every transaction with Roof Solutions has felt like a bargain to me.

Every other contractor gave me one option, even though I clearly told each of them I wanted to hear several options and what the differences were. Hugh came to my house and treated me with respect. He took photos of the roof and the skylight. He sat down with me to discuss the skylight options and provided two recommendations. He said he had the skylight lights on hand and could do the work immediately. Thus, I hired Keith Roofing. A major storm came through on Halloween, and the skylight performed well. Their quote was on the high side, but we appreciated the professionalism and how candid their inspector, Dan was. We agreed to have them come clean, tighten, seal, realign, and extend our gutters. They came one day while we were at work, and as far as we could tell didn't actually do any of the work beyond cleaning the gutters. The gutters still leaked, were bent, and they did not install the gutter extensions we agreed upon. We called the company back to come out and finish the job. They did come out and add one more gutter extension, but still failed to realign our gutters, replace the miter joints on the corners, and seal the gutters. What a waste of money. We are very disappointed and in the future will go another roofing company - these folks will take your money and not satisfactorily complete the work.

Did my research and Boyd came highly recommended. Reached out and called them, and Chris was able to schedule a visit for the following week. Dan came out, got up on the roof in multiple spots to check everything over - and even found one other problem spot. He was on time for the scheduled estimate, polite, very knowledgeable, and gave me quotes on two other optional things I was also considering. Sent over the detailed quote by email PDF the next day and answered all follow-up questions I had. They scheduled us in pretty quickly for the work, and despite that massive windstorm - kept to their appointment in the aftermath and didn't bump us for other repairs.
