Very weird experience. We were supposed to go to Texas Roadhouse for Valentine's Day but it was packed so we went to Olga's because it was basically Empty besides like 2 groups of people. I looked it up and the store was still open for another two hours. So we decided to eat in there because I like the Olga's I have closer to home. We waited so long for 2 plates of food. And the food was very mediocre. I got a bowl with barbecue pork and it tasted flavorless, and it was super wet almost soggy. My boyfriend got a wrap with pork in it as well and said it was pretty disgusting but we ate about half of it because we were hungry. read more

Yesterday I ordered a ham and cheese Olga, bowl of cream of broccoli (which I USUALLY love) plus a cup both with snackers. The sauce was supposed to come on the side for the Olga, but I opened it up and it was there so nothing to complain about until I started eating the wet, sloppy sandwich. The worst part was that I had been waiting until last night to have the soup, and when I started eating it, I noticed that they didn't bother to put the good parts of the broccoli in it, they made it stretch by putting the woody stems in there. I couldn't even eat either 1. It had been quite a while since I have ordered from there as the food had been sub-par for a while. But I had a hunger for what I remembered as being good. there is a very obnoxious lady chewing gum she is smacking the gum like she has never had it before like the girl Violet from the chocolate factory Willy Wonka (she is the hostess), and she is walking like a turtle being very very slow and unconscious that there is a line with plenty of people waiting to be seated and there is plenty of open seats. we were waiting on her to see us for about 10 minutes then finally another man came around and seated us . she was standing by the bathrooms lollygagging for 10 minutes. Once we seated, it took 10 minutes for them to ask what we wanted to drink and when I ordered my drink, there was a whole snacker floating around in it . And they didn't even give us straws. The music choice was horrible and very loud and not calming . it has taken 20 minutes to get our food to our table. we ordered only three things. One of the things we ordered were the Olga snackers, and they were barely seasoned, and the waitress threw them on the table and then ran off And we had to ask for silverware . eventually, our food came. Needed a quick, table-for-one lunch on a busy Saturday of shopping so I popped into Olga's for soup and Snackers. Ordered White Bean Chicken Chili as I was seated and it was there in a flash. Server was great. She checked on me several times during my very brief visit. My only complaint was with the parking availability. I had to park around back, not a huge issue, but don't be surprised if all the spots up front are taken. Olga's has a lot of healthy, delicious options for lunch and a very kid-friendly kids menu. Chicken chili was tasty and I liked the pita, not as big of a fan with the pancake type wrap and minimal sauce on the Olga

So i went in today 12/19/16 and i ordered the same thing i ordered 4 months ago the Chicken Shwarma low and behold they left stuff off the Shwarma this time the pickled stuff that goes on it, its a pinkish color something maybe pickled cabbage pieces i dont know but it wasnt there which that stuff is what made the Shwarma better than others. I was very disappointed! I didnt say anything to my waitress but i should have but im not going to order that any more if they cant be consistent. I went to the Taylor location yesterday for the first time. As a past restaurant manager I can be a little judgemental by habit. I have to say our waitress Sierra was Outstanding. If I was still a manager I would steal her to be a waitress at my restaurant. Her personality is contagious, and her work ethic was on spot. Normally I love their hummas, but I always have problems with this location. They've changed their takeout requires every time I've eaten there. First it was free delivery inside the mall (I work in the same mall it's located), then it changed to $5 minimum, then to a $7 minimum. Next, the staff is extremely rude. They wouldn't let me order chicken tenders cause it was technically a kids meal. And recently when I order my hummus, there looked like mold was growing inside it. So when I took t back they just gave me a bunch of excuses that it was mold, and gave me a different hummus that also had mold in it. Seriously done trying to eat here. read more

I take my mother for lunch/dinner a lot and we choose Olgas most of the time because the food is always fresh and good , management is really present and always helpful..But the biggest reason we go is our server Josslyn we ask for her every time , she is awesome she greets us right away with a smile and has our cheese bites put in already before we even order them also always remembers what we are drinking week in week out plus its a nice touch that she gets my phone number right away because she knows I like the reward points and use my rewards almost every other time...Josslyn is one of the best if not the best servers I have had and we go out to eat a lot!!! Came here on a Sunday around lunch time since they didn't look very busy. Our server was nice but could never get our orders right. Service was pretty slow considering how little people there were in the restaurant. We were never offered more water even though all our cups were empty. By the time she came to check on us we were ready to leave. My fried chicken Olga was delicious and the ingredients seemed very fresh. However all of our fries were cold and stale.
