Unfortunately, I don't think the cashier heard my boyfriend as we only got the pork siopao but he was to tired to correct her. She did try to sell us on turon a few times but my boyfriend isn't a fan of turon (I don't know why this is but he is Filipino and just tells me that he isn't a fan of a lot of Filipino desserts). We got in the car to eat our food. Our dogs were with us and were enticed by the smell as well, so that's a good sign as we complimented the smell too. I wish the food was kept just a bit hotter, but that's my minor gripe as I just don't like lukewarm foods. Now I will admit that the shumai is decent, but the sauce that comes with it is the star of the show. It has some spice while having this tangy umami kick that brought out the flavors of not only the shumai but also the siopao. My boyfriend and I were really impressed and tempted to go order more but we will definitely be back to get more of the hot foods and try some of the baked goods.

What made me write this review is how accurate the owner (Brianne) described cake and desserts in the description and the baked goods taste matched 200% of the description. The pistachio cake was out of the world, so was the whoopie pie!!! I got to meet Brianne in person and she was very friendly, and was kind to explain everything about each of her baked goods she had out that day. I've tried their baked goods from pop tarts to cookies to housemade Twinkie and the creation and taste are unmatched. Single serve baked goods were more on pricier side, but well worth every bite. I would definitely order custom baked goods from here, knowing the quality and taste of products from this shop!!!
