Great little bread, pastries, jam, all wonderful things island spot just happened to walk by on the way to meet friends for lunch. Was a little early so decided to stop and got the best treat and last and best sourdough bread with aloha service:

How long does one wait for cupcakes? I wanted to place a large order if I liked the products. We stopped by at 11 but the sign on door said "Closed until 12:15." Came back at 12:15 - waited half an hour still not open. Another potential customer knocked and my partner saw the shadow of someone in the store but no response. I will find another place to get my party desserts!

Found this cute gem of a bakery behind of the Banyan craft kitchen. Go early as parking is limited.

Very friendly service. Located behind Banyans. They have outdoor seating. They cupcakes, and jelly and a few other backed items like cookies and banana bread.

Her store is absolutely adorable and decorated in pink (not pictured). I reached out to her on Instagram and finalized my order through email. She was very nice and reasonable, offering great help with creativity! My husband loves cinnamon rolls, and she made that happen. I highly recommend Aloha Bites!

This bakery couldn't be any cuter if it tried! It's in Kailua tucked behind Banyons Restaurant. They have delicious desserts and an assortment of homemade jams and jellies. Go!!!

    Very dry

I got this when we went to Kualoa Ranch. They were not worth anywhere near $24 for 12 mini cupcakes. They were very dry. I wanted to try one of each..... all dry and tossed other half.

Recreation of Dolly Partons Coat of Many Colors in cake!! Looks just like the real thing, down to the buttons.

Akiko at Aloha Bites made my little girls dream come true by recreating Dolly Parton's coat of many colors in cake! It was beautiful! Communication was great; fast and professional. It was much easier ordering from Aloha Bites than all the other bake shops I ordered from in the past.

As you can see in one of my photos on this review, they offered a flavor called "Cheezus" which was a cheese ice cream with real cheese-its in it haha! I thought it was pretty unique. Theyll allow you to sample some flavors if youre unsure of its crazy name! The triple scoop sampler comes on a perfect little serving plate. Easy for sharing. Since this ice cream shop is located in chinatown, parking isn't the greatest at times. There is no designated parking for this ice cream shop but you can hopefully find nearby street parking or go to a nearby parking garage. It's easiest if youre just on foot. Delicious egg tarts!…read more Egg tart has always been my favorite and when I saw these egg tart with slight burned top and flaky bottom, I had to try them. And they were so good. A bit into them gives the sensation of a creamy soft and sweet but not too sweet gooey center, and the flaky bottom cup makes a satisfying crunch with flakes spreading everywhere, if you are not careful. When I arrive at the shop at 9:30am, there were only 4 egg tarts left. so I ask to have all of them, and for the rest of the pastries, I ordered one of each, and they are all so soft and sweet, eating them by dipping the bread in milk was sensational. It took me a while to find this shop. To ease your search, this shop is located on HOTEL STREET, directly across the street from the Maunakea Marketplace Entrance/Exit. It is new, nice and clean inside. The owner said her first batch of pastries comes out at 7:30am. Super nice and friendly workers here. A few tables to sit and eat inside. The egg tart's flaky, buttery crust cradled silky, eggy custard that was sweet and flavorful--slightly caramelized top added the perfect crunch, far better than average bakery tarts around Honolulu Fresh bakes, affordable prices, and a chill spot to sit--must-try for local dessert hunters. While looking into the display case, I noticed gold and silver-colored sweets, which turned out to be freshly made Dubai chocolates prepared in-store. The owner kindly explained the production process and ingredients, even offering samples to demonstrate. He mentioned that the pistachio paste is a high-end product imported directly from France. Although the sample was small, it was very sweet with a rich, intense flavor. Listening to him was fascinating, and I could sense his strong confidence and dedication to his business. He also came across as very sincere. That said, Tanghulu is an extremely sticky and sugary candy, so those with sensitive teeth should be cautious. The shop also has a soft-serve machine and dine-in space, making it a great spot for dessert lovers. Once my dental implant treatment is complete, I'd like to carefully try their candy and chocolate myself.

It's both creamy and earthy at the same time and the strawberry puree is just the right amount of sweetness (none of that artificial strawberry puree here!) The guava paradise though was definitely the show stopper. Dairy Free yogurt topping with oolong? SAY LESS. It was so floral and aromatic that when you brought the cup to your lips you could literally smell the floral flavors. It was absolutely divine.
