They tried to claim they had to scrub them, meanwhile regular detergent never made our towels ORANGE. The old man who dropped the towels off was extremely rude and English was not his first language, on top of that he had no customer service whatsoever. None of the cleaners we previously worked with returned our towels ORANGE. It still had stains but never did we have our towels returned WORSE.
