It's extra filling so arrive hungry, I like their salad with their Ranch dressing. I buy it in the grocery store too. Italian dressing is ok, but Ranch is the superstar of their dressings. Visited last Saturday around 5pm, Food was great and service was decent what I discovered after we got home rally pissed me off.. it seems odd when server grabbed table tablet kiosk when he was taking our order and started to punch things on it after taking our order. (Not typical protocol) Originally though he was adding kids deserts to it but when we got home I noticed on receipt charge for games $3.99... that is shitty and shady way to pad receipt for larger tips. To start off, food was amazing, my kids and husband and his mom loved it, including me! The place was beautiful, yet there was some noise but it didn't affect us. On the other hand the service was terrible. Our servers name was Carie. She was attentive but to the wrong things. She would be able to refill drinks that weren't needed to be refilled yet never cared about my husbands or kids drinks. She said to my daughter "I didn't hear a word you said" not "please say that again" nothing. She had a rude attitude to us. I don't like ordering from places that don't handle takeout orders with the attention as they would likely do dine-in. A plastic box of salad with literally 2 olives. 2 slices of tomato, and 2 peperoncino, and 4 onion slices. One of the restaurant's signature offers and they slight customers on it. Basically they gave me a box of lettuce. The chicken tortelloni alfredo was just a step above a frozen entree- nothing to write home about. The breadsticks were good as I remember, but the overall takeout experience let's me know that I'm not missing out anything. I haven't dined at OG in over a decade and this experience didn't make me want to return. The young guy that brought out my food was really nice and gave service with a smile. This Olive Garden is a solid choice for some decent, reasonably priced Italian food. I would definitely recommend the All-You-Can-Eat soup, salad, and breadsticks. The breadsticks are so addicting. My favorite soup is the chicken and gnocchi. And the salads are always excellent - we often buy a bottle of their italian dressing to go. The cheese ravioli was only ok - kind of bland. I do like their lasagna, that's what I'll get next time. The Tour of Italy is a classic dish. My wife enjoyed the chicken alfredo. I would also suggest the "create your own pasta" meal. Overall, Olive Garden is very good. It can get busy on weekends, so plan accordingly. You're not getting 5 star dining here, but you're also not paying 5 star prices. This is a good spot for a casual date night or a family dinner out. read more

For not being all that busy (moderate, it's been far busier with vastly better service), it was incredibly .. offensive .. with how slow things were tonight. Was very disappointed in the food for lunch today. Out of ten people three orders were wrong. One of our friends didn't get their meal until the rest of us were completely done eating. I ordered the shrimp scampi for $21. It looked like a lunch portion not a dinner portion!!! I must say the waitress was very attentive and apologetic. Visited Olive Garden with the family recently. Upon arrival, we waited five minutes to be seated and the place was pretty packed on a Monday night. As we were being seated, we ran into one of my cousins. After we were seated, our drink orders were taken. Shortly after that, our drinks arrived and we ordered some fried mozarella. Then we were given breadsticks. A little while later, we were given bowl of salad. For dinner, I ordered the all-you-can-eat soup, salad, and bread sticks. I started with a bowl of pasta e fagioli soup, which was delicious. Then I tried a bowl of zuppa toscana, which was also delicious. The breadsticks were warm and tasty and the salad was good too. We used to love going to the Olive Garden. Our last experience was tonight, and we were very disappointed. #1. They made us wait, even though I called ahead and made a reservation. Nobody even bothered to take our drink order for at least 15 minutes, once seated. #2. No bread on the table. They didn't bring us bread until I asked them for it. #3. They don't make mudslides any more. That was literally the only drink we wanted. Their mudslides were the best. #4. The calamari appetizer was over cooked. We didn't even complain, because we were hungry and it was still edible. #5. We both ordered the Tour of Italy for our entree. The last time we ate there, last year, we ordered the same thing. The portions were twice the size last year. The chicken parm was also seriously over cooked and dried out. We both thought so. We let our server know, and she brought use 2 identical chicken parms that were just as over cooked and dry. #6. No more birthday cakes? I asked if they still serve birthday cakes and sing happy birthday, and my server just laughed as though I was trying to be funny. The server made up for all of this by giving us our appetizer free. This very disappointing meal still cost me $50, even with the free overcooked calamari. #7. No receipt was provided, no after dinner mints, and not even a simple "thank you" was given us, even after I tipped the server 20% for this sub-par dining experience. read more

Let me start by saying the best thing about our experience was making use of the waitlist! Upon arrival, being on the waitlist, we were able to almost literally go ahead of 20-25 people standing in line. After that, it was almost all down hill. We had company in from out of the country who was very excited to finally get the opportunity to eat at an Olive Garden. The long and short of it, I was embarrassed for her experience. Starting with the temperature, we all froze and had to put our winter jackets on just to almost be "ok". We were sitting by a window so I understand but , in my opinion, the table should not have been used. I ordered the chicken Parmesan that was decent, if only it was not sitting in the back far too long before being served. Looking at it, I knew I was going to be unhappy. (My wife forbade me from speaking up). Speaking of being served, the waitress, who was very nice, added ground cheese not only to my meal but also to my lap, table, and even in my large drink. It was almost comical. Our foreign friend ordered the shrimp scampi and was happy with the number of shrimp but very "unimpressed" and frankly very dissatisfied with the minimal vegetables and flavor of the pasta. My wife ordered the chicken margherita with a side of angel pasta (which was almost hard and stuck together) for the added price of $5.29! What a deal! All in all, a very cold, uncomfortable experience with food that was less than "ok" . Needless to say, we will not be going back and our foreign friend will not be bragging about dining at a place she always wanted to go to. read more

I came here literally 10 minutes ago to have dinner with my friend food 10/10 waitress was very nice at first, but then after the second shred of cheese, I already knew something was off. Her service was very fast, but she was all over the place as a server myself, she didn't even give me time to breathe before my plates were off the table. I had cheese everywhere but my salad she gave me breadsticks when I had 4 breadsticks to be touched. I do not wish anything bad on this server. The service was very poor the day we ate there. Overall, the food is just okay, nothing spectaular.

This is the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. We went for our anniversary and left very disappointed. The waiter was unfriendly and seemed very rushed even though the place was not busy at all, our area only had two tables of people when we sat down. We were never offered more soup/salad, he never stopped to see if we needed anything and had to ask for refills of our drinks. The food was not as good as other Olive Gardens, tasted more like fast food. I asked for extra alfredo sauce three times and did not get it until we were done eating. When we left we passed two managers and neither one addressed us with a thank you or anything even though they looked us in the eye as we passed them. I have eaten at many Olive Garden Italian Restaurants. But July 5, 2021 was particularly hot and scorching. My sister and I had to keep double eyeballing one another because of how fresh and tasty everything that arrived at our table was. Salad is Salad on any given day but a fresh salad should be discussed. The salad was so fresh and tasty that we devoured the entire bowl which is not our usual MO. My sister ordered the pasta with a meatball and I ordered the lasagna. The food was hot and delicious. The server was very attentive even though they were short staffed and she had multiple tables to attend to however, she was spot on with her smile on her face, checking in to see if we needed anything, and overall kindness. I love Olive Garden. Usually I try to steer away from chain restaurants but I make an exception for this place. I can never get enough of the salad and breadsticks. On my most recent visit here with my boyfriend we came here after a long day of boating and were very pleased. To start we tried the new dip duo of "angry alfredo spicy chicken dip" and "spinach-artichoke" with warm breadstick crostini. I didn't find the chicken dip to be very spicy but both were still delicious. We had leftovers and dipped chips in both the next day, also delicious. For our entrees I got my usual, the angel hair pasta with meat sauce and added meatballs. My boyfriend got the tour of Italy because he wanted a variety and couldn't decide on one item. I always get the salad with my entree and my boyfriend gets the "pasta e fagioli" soup, which is his favorite. I didn't get the lemon cream cake this time, but have had it numerous times before and would highly recommend it to soothe a sweet-tooth craving. Our server, Drew, was absolutely incredible. What made our experience there so great was the service we got there. Our server was a nice young lady named, Orion and she was one of the best I e ever had. She had a great sense of humor, knew their menu well enough to talk and answer questions. The only downside to this, was they put us near the kitchen and right behind our booth was the place where employees literally tossed those tray tables. So every couple minutes, we had to deal with very loud banging and hitting of the wall behind us. If I ever went back there, I wouldn't sit near that location because it was not great for a nice relaxing evening. But Orion was great. The food was great too! read more

There was some flavor at the bottom but it was watered down as if it had been sitting awhile before making it to our table. I got the chicken and shrimp carbonara for my meal without bacon. It came with bacon. The sweet peppers were tart, the sauce lacked flavor. The dish lacked sauce. To as for more sauce, that had no taste was pointless. I was very disappointed in the level of service that I received yesterday when I had lunch at this Olive Garden. I ordered one of the Pronto meals and the salad came out two minutes before my pasta dish. People at the table next to me who arrived after I was seated received a salad five to ten minutes prior to my salad coming out. There was nothing special about the salad that I ordered- just the normal that comes with the meal. To top off my disappointment, the garlic bread sticks were not fresh- hard at the ends and I was charged for items that I didn't order.
