In my last review I was "not kind" to the sauce as being way too sweet. On a return visit, it seems as if they toned the sauce down considerably on the sweetness. It was much better.

My wife and I stopped by Cambria's Bistro today for a quick lunch date and really enjoyed the experience. We arrived right when they opened, so it was quiet and relaxed. The prices were reasonable, and the service stood out--the waitress (the only one working) was super friendly and very attentive. The food was tasty overall. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sub, which had potential but was a bit heavy on the sauce. The sauce itself was flavorful, but it overpowered the sandwich a little. I also tried the lemon parm orzo, which was described as having a hint of lemon zest--though it was more of a bold pop of lemon. Still good, just stronger than expected. My wife ordered the soup of the day, a mushroom and Brie soup, along with a house salad and their creamy garlic dressing. I tried both, and they were delicious--especially the dressing. The bistro has a charming, rustic vibe with lots of character. The decor features old family photos and Italian-themed pieces, which made it feel cozy and unique. We didn't have to wait long for our food either, which was a nice bonus. We'll definitely be returning to try more of the menu. Lots of great-sounding dishes still to explore!

First time trying this place my father and I went on a Saturday and the space is really nice and spacious. I was happy to find they had bread and the spiced oil for dipping. Caesar Salad was very good. My Chicken Saltimbocca was very good and risotto was spot on. The root vegetables were carrot, broccoli and zucchini and seasoned sweetly, like almost with a hint of cinnamon . It was okay but not what I expected

The service was attentive, and several people checked on us throughout our meal. I ordered the lobster ravioli, and my daughter ordered the pesto pasta and added chicken. Both dishes were excellent. The lobster ravioli was extremely flavorful, and my daughter really enjoyed the chicken with her pesto. This was some of the best Italian food I've had. This might not be saying a lot because I am from L.A. and we are not known for our Italian food. My only complaint was the bread. Most Italian restaurants offer complimentary bread for the table, but Mia Bella charges extra for it. That wouldn't bother me as much if the bread were something special, but it was extremely ordinary. It was warm, but otherwise pretty tasteless; no garlic, garlic butter, herbs, or anything else to make it memorable. I'd definitely skip the bread and order a legitimate appetizer instead. All in all, the experience was very strong, and I would definitely return.

We had the ricotta & honey crostini, which I'd quite literally rate a 10/10 and I am a strict grader. It was absolutely the best appetizer I've ever had at a restaurant and possibly the best bread I've ever had. The entrees were fantastic, despite a small portion for my ravioli and meatballs. I had some of my parents dishes too which were quite good. Overall I'd rate this place a 9.7/10 and will certainly be bringing my business back in the future!

We had 3 four top tables pushed together for our group. We dine out every Good Friday and the acoustics in this restaurant were great. We could hear conversation from one end of the table to the other. Several people had the Fish Fry special of fish and chips - some liked it, some didn't care as much for it. I didn't try it personally, but the plate had three decent size pieces of fish with a side of fries and coleslaw. Nice offering for Good Friday meal. Two of us had Chicken piccata and really appreciated that we could substitute out the side of pasta! One of us ordered a side of grilled veggies (highly recommend) and the other steamed broccoli. Highly recommend the grilled veggies! Good combination of different vegetables. The broccoli was good, but would have ordered without butter. There was a pool of butter they were swimming in. The piccata was good - 3 decent sized pieces of chicken breast. Note if you are not a red pepper fan, order the sauce without. I forgot to ask, but they were easy to pick out. The calamari was a good portion for an appetizer. We hoped they had cocktail sauce for it, but they only had marinara. The mesclun salad was very good and really good size for a half portion. We did not order dessert, but the cakes when you first walk in are quite impressive and imagine are delicious!

Carrot cake is standout. Tip is automatically added to parties of 6 or more. On the " go back to" list.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, became extremely sick after eating it, then ate the leftovers the next day and became sick again. I obviously cannot medically prove what caused it, but getting sick twice immediately after eating the same meal is extremely concerning and something the restaurant should take seriously. What made the experience even worse was the atmosphere. While I was sitting at my table having a normal phone conversation, a waitress came over and told me there had been complaints about me being on the phone. I was not yelling, causing a scene, or disturbing anyone. I was simply speaking on the phone at a normal volume. That is ridiculous. A restaurant is a public social environment. There is no meaningful difference between quietly talking to someone sitting across from you and quietly talking to someone on the phone. If management wants to create an environment where customers are policed for ordinary, non-disruptive behavior because somebody else happens not to like it, that is their choice. But it is also my choice not to spend my money there. Businesses should be focused on serving good, safe food and treating paying customers reasonably--not enforcing outdated social preferences on people who are doing absolutely nothing wrong. Between becoming sick after the meal and then being confronted over an ordinary phone conversation, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I hope Nino's takes a serious look at both the food-quality concerns and the kind of atmosphere they are creating, because this is not how you keep customers coming back.
