Walked in and it smelled kind of funky. Sat at the bar and just could not get the smell out of my nose. The door going in was filthy and sticky combine that with the smell. We celebrated my niece's 8th Birthday at this Olive Garden and the experience was great!! Our server Liv was fantastic, she was constantly checking on our large group and anticipating our every need. We brought in a cake and the servers handled everything so it came out with candles lite and they joined in singing Happy Birthday. The food was good... I've been to olive garden plenty of times but I've never written a review because there are plenty already. However, I just have to give a huge shoutout to our server, Jessica (I hope that is your name, I tried to read your name tag a few times but the light wasn't helping). We were here almost 2 weeks ago to celebrate a birthday. Food and drinks were great as usual. We had a big party of 9 but she was super attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed; never ran out of anything at all. We always had a fresh bowl of alfredo sauce to dip our breadsticks in before the bowls got empty. She got us freshly washed glasses for the pitcher of sangria as the original ones looked kinda dirty. She was always checking up on us. Her service was just 10/10. Great restaurant! Good food, Great service, and unlimited breadsticks! I LOVE the 5 Cheese Zidi. They also bring you Andes Mints before you leave. (If you don't know what Andes Mints are, they are chocolates with a green minty later, they are yummy!) If you order pasta, they also bring a block of Parmesan Cheese with a cheese grater and sprinkle it on your pasta if you want, they also put as much as you want on it and they sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on your pasta right in front of you! Service was great! Soup was very good. Food was plentiful. Salad was bland, not enough dressing, onions, or olives. Dressing seemed to be missing ingredients. Mostly oil. Breadsticks were only fair. Fettuccini Alfredo was bland, noodles were sticky, not enough alfredo sauce which was also not creamy. Steak Gorgonzola was short on sauce, had too many sticky noodles, and the amount of steak was too little for the price but was tasty. We have not eaten at an Olive Garden in several years because it was disappointing at this location previously. Went in 9/27/25 early pm with my sister for lunch & we were treated like royalty! First, we were seated quickly, then got Tyler for our waiter. He gave wonderful recommendations for our cocktail orders, next explained the All-You-Can-Eat-Pasta. We got our food quickly, but here comes the royal treatment! Tyler checked on us, not buggingly, but out of concern. The manager was in the house, she came by & the assistant manager too. They were wandering from table to table & I liked that they stopped at ours. The young lady who seated us came by too. I felt like an influencer they all recognized. The food was hot, fresh & delicious too. I ordered the angel hair pasta, meat sauce with the salad. For my second: fettuccine pasta & spicy meat sauce. Awesome!! Just spicy enough & that fettuccine held it like a baby. I also ordered a Sicilian Sunrise with light ice, never over ice your alcohol. One of the best drinks I've ever had. I think of Olive Garden for what it is--chain restaurant for Italian food. So this is pretty much about the service which was very good considering it was a Sunday afternoon and we all know every restaurant is hurting for workers. If Olive Garden is short on staff, I couldn't tell. We were seated within 10 minutes of arrival though told we would have about a 25 minute wait. Our server was on point. I wish I remembered his name because I really like to give people their props. He was attentive and patient. We didn't have to wait on refills or ask for things. He made sure that we had what we needed the entire time. Typically Olive Garden is not my first choice for a restaurant but I'm glad we chose them this time. I absolutely LOVE this Olive Garden! I haven't been to this location in a few years, but today my niece decided to have a late birthday lunch for me since we weren't able to get together on my actual birthday last week. It was good to see that the service was still exceptional, and the food as good as I remember. I will apologize for forgetting to take pictures BEFORE I started eating... and I did forget to get pics of Kristin's Chicken Marsala... and whatever soup it was she had... but we were having such a good time catching up and goofing off with our server, Nissa, that it just slipped my mind. Oops! Anyway... we had ordered their yummy mozzarella cheese sticks as an appetizer... and those things come out HOT! I was a good ol' Southern gal and had sweet tea, which was perfect: neither too sweet nor not sweet enough... just right. As you know what Kristin had, I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with the salad... and of course, I had Nissa grind that Parmesan cheese on BOTH. The bread sticks were just garlicky enough and hot enough to make you want to go "MMMMMMM" out loud... and although I/we had lunch portions, we couldn't finish. It's a good thing Kristin likes leftovers because she had a lot to take home! I really have to give kudos to Nissa... she was just perfect. Really, REALLY amazing. I havent been to Olive Garden for quite some time, the salad did not have any crutons in it. The waitress was new as she mentioned she has been only working for the company for a month. She was very hard working and ever so often we had to ask for the same thing twice. I ordered the Asiago Tortelloni Alfredo with Grilled Chicken. I was expecting the pasta to be better, the grilled chicken was excellent. I do wish they did not give us a table by the bar, it made it seem like we were at another restaurant as that part of the restaurant can use upgrades. read more

This was my husband's first time to eat out after neck radiation. The food was good and our waitress was so sweet. It would have been a good experience except my husband wanted some mints before we left. As we were walking out I asked the young man at the desk for some. He was kind and let me get some from the container. However as we were walking away I heard the "manager" that was standing there wearing a mask fussing at him for letting us get more than "a mint" from the container. Whoever you are: you do not need to "discipline" an employee in front of customers when everyone can hear. It is very unprofessional and bad for business!! read more

I will not go back. We went for my husband birthday. We were put in a very very cold room. The service was awful. We waited over a half hour just to order and when the food did come half and hour later, it was cold and I didn't even get my food. The manager walked by our table many times never checked why we didn't have drinks or food. He asked us how our food was my husband told him and all he said was we will do better next time. No discount nothing. We should have just left instead of waiting to order. No going back. Think twice before you go there. read more

Nothing special here. Service is adequate, food is just ok. The server told us that one person at the table had to order an entree in order for her to bring salad to the table. (We couldn't get lunch portions on a Sunday so we ordered appetizers for our meal. So my daughter ordered seafood fettuccine at $20. We got the salad but when the bill came, we noticed the server charged us $10 for the salad since all the adults ate it and not just the person ordering the entree. We've never had that happen before so we asked the manager on duty and she said all servers should be charging that. WTH? The salad is supposed to be bottomless at Olive Garden. This was supposed to be a Valentine dinner for my husband who is suffering from cancer. Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't get near a restaurant on this holiday, but he really wanted the Stuffed Chicken Marsala, and I couldn't disappoint him. I made the mistake of assuming that our local Olive Gardn in Murfreesboro, TN would put on extra staff for a busy holiday. I also assumed that ordering curbside I could avoid some of the usual crowds. Not only was there NO curbside parking, but there was also a holding pattern of cars waiting to park in curbside. I had to park in the next shopping center over and it took me 7 minutes to walk to Olive Garden. Of course, checking in was difficult since I wasn't in a "registered curbside spot". So, I simply entered standing outside...and I wasn't the only one...there were several of us waiting outside in the cold. I arrived precisely at 5:35 when my order was supposed to be ready. After 20 minutes I went inside to see if I could obtain my order myself. It was on the shelf ready and buried behind other orders. I was then asked to pay for the order...I explained that it was an online order, and I paid online...why else would they start my order or give me an order confirmation #. Again, my mistake for assuming that your system works...I didn't bring my order confirmation with me or my wallet. I had to walk the 7 minutes back to my car and 7 minutes back to the restaurant with my wallet. If it weren't for the love of my husband and trying to fulfil his wish, I would've just left and let you keep your order. When I promised to leave a google review of my experience, the young girl at the front desk working curbside found that amusing...I guess we'll see who has the last laugh. For a 5:35 pickup time, I was finally leaving your front lobby at 6:05 pm. Needless to say, dinner was COLD and very disappointing. Never again!!! read more

The best service I've had in a long time was at Olive Garden. I'll be honest, when I think of Italian food Olive Garden doesn't come to mind. I had a gift card here that I had to use. We was seated immediately and our drink order was taken. Our waitress was Kristen and she did an amazing job. Our food came out timely and piping hot, which I can appreciate. I hadn't eaten at Olive Garden in well over a year, but I decided to give it a shot. I really wish I hadn't. It was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a while, and one of the worst two I've had in maybe the last 5 years. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. FROZEN BLACKBERRY- PINEAPPLE MARGARITA has a huge drawback: the sugar on the rim is dripping down the glass with the condensation. It made our hands sticky and made the glass difficult to pick up. Not recommended. PARMESAN ZUCCHINI BITES looked and tasted terrible. Burned and just thrown on the plate. We ate one each and gave up. I asked the server if there was something we could do since we had already paid for the appetizer at the bar while we waited. He said we could pick any other appetizer. We went with ALFREDO SAUCE. The sauce is about $2 cheaper and no refund or discount was given to make up for that. ANGEL HAIR ALFREDO was so wet it looked like it wasn't drained. It tasted like water. I showed the server who agreed to bring me more sauce, which fixed the problem enough. (I took a picture and uploaded it showing as much water as I could drain. It's a lot.) The TOSCANA SOUP was good, as always. It remains the sole reason to come here, IMO. The problems weren't done though. When I went to pay, I found I was over charged for my food. There is a $10.99 NEVER ENDING PASTA BOWL and I asked for options on that menu. But when I got the check I was charged for FETTUCCINI ALFREDO sub ANGEL HAIR $12.99. I asked my server and he spoke to his manager and was told to tell me that "the only way I could get the $10.99 is if I had gotten a refill." What?! So I said "get me a refill then." Keep in mind I'm about to pay my check and leave but a manager thought instead of changing the price to reflect what I ordered she needed to change my price to reflect what I ordered AND make me wait for a to-go refill I didnt need. How does that make any sense? How is that customer friendly? After waiting more than 10 minutes I asked what the hold up was and the server finally had the to-go order I was required to get. Keep in mind that the order was for pasta and alfredo so why it took so long makes no sense. In the end, I had a frustrating night where the check wasn't right and the manager didn't want to fix it TWICE, where the food and drinks were mediocre and I still payed about $20 per person. That's my bad. I should never have come here. And I doubt I ever will again. Further, I wouldn't recommend this Olive Garden to anyone else either. It was terrible, they knew it and they couldn't have cared less, IMO. read more

We recently go Curbside Pick-Up from this location and it was great! I placed the order on their app and it was super easy to customize each entree (if there's one highlight of the COVID-Craziness it's that businesses are putting more effort into online ordering and delivery!) The woman who delivered our food to our car was lovely and super sweet, it was raining a bit so I felt bad and made sure to leave a tip! The food was hot and delicious (it is Olive Garden, you know you're not getting strictly authentic Italian so managed expectations here). Everything was packaged well and appropriately. We had family visiting from California, Virginia, and Tennessee for a very special occasion. Some members of our family thought we should go to Olive Garden to celebrate. We knew that having 14 people would be a handful, so we made reservations for after the lunch rush. We all arrived a little earlier than our reservation. When we still weren't seated after almost 2 hours, we explained that we were on a tight time schedule and asked if we could be split up and sit at a few smaller tables. Not being apologetic at all, the staff and manager acted as though that was an inconvenience for them. We didn't have time to wait for them to figure out a seating arrangement that they had several hours to put together.
