Horrible customer service. New to the area and they were no help when I called to figure out where they were located. When I finally figured it out they said the hair stylist left for left for lunch. When she came back she said I was too late my my appt and couldn't see me. Yes I agree I was late which prompted her to leave and didn't want to run behind schedule. But when I asked if I could make another appt she said no, we don't need clients. Btw at the time of appt the website was not up to date and the address was incorrect hence why I was late. read more

If you want to pay $350 for hair color (weave on less than shoulder length hair) then this is the place. What was more annoying is that Liz,took a photo of my hair without me knowing,before she started,then when she was styling my hair,I told her my thin straight hair wouldn't hold a wave or curl but she just kept at it after she was done with my color until my hair was even more burnt from the curling iron,but she got her "after " photo,which I think was more important to her than listening to me tell her my hair won't curl because it's thinner in front and I have really thin hair.....when I got home and washed out whatever she put in,i realized I had fried blond hair.So I guess it was more important that she got her photos than what he was doing to my hair.I hope she's no longer there,but I'm sure the prices are still intact. I'm not a tourist,live here full time,and have lived here for 10 years,thought I'd try this place as it was close to a business I was visiting frequently.then she said she was an expert at blond hair,find out shes was a new employee at the time of my visit,without a lot of experience. The place looks professional and Im sure there are some great stylists,I just didn't get one.However the price is just to much of a hurdle.If you are getting a service here,inquire before you even arrive.....I waited until I made the long drive,so I figured I give it a try......didn't expect fried hair with an "expert" ...still trying to grow out what she did to my hair. Its hard to find someone who knows how to cut curly hair, but Tomorrow definitely knows her stuff! I've had my hair cut and bayalaged by Tomorrow twice and have been thrilled both times. She knows how to cut my hair so that the curls look their best when they dry naturally and her coloring skills give me that perfect natural beach look. Can't recommend Tomorrow enough. The salon itself is also super cute and all the stylists are nice. Allie is the braid master. I wish she could come home with me and braid my hair every morning before I go scuba diving. read more

Very pretty Instagram photos but T E R R I B L E customer service. They do fine enough work but I'm not interested in going somewhere that exhibits such a stunning lack of communication. As a client working with a hairdresser, I'm vulnerable with my time, money, and hair. It's unfortunate that these were not treated with more care. WOW!! After 20 years of living on Maui I have finally found a salon that I trust to help me look the way I want to look. I had a four hour appointment yesterday and Annie and her coworkers made me very comfortable the whole time. They serve good quality coffee, champagne if that's your thing, gave my lil pooch a bowl of cold water, personal phone chargers and of course excellent attention to my hair. Oliver n co (kihei) One star- I have never been treated so poorly while paying top dollar for a service. I would rate zero stars if it were possible. I walked into the newly relocated oliver n co hair salon in kihei and was extremely excited as I had seen rave reviews and work via instagram. I hadn't gotten my hair done in over a year so i was extra happy. I walked into the very small salon to not even be acknowledged for a good ten awkward minutes while there are at least 6/7 girls gossiping and standing within 20 feet from me. The only reason i didnt walk out at that moment was because i was going to be charged regardless. I finally got my hair done by a stylist whom I really liked. The owner was talking to everyone else throughout my 3+ hours there, never a word to me, then she finally turned to me as my hair was done and pretentiously says 'pretty'. That was the only word she spoke to me and it made me feel not only ugly but very unwelcome. I have since tried to get a touch up (as i really did like the sylist) yet never even received a return phone call after I left a message to book an appointment. This is bad business and an extremely terrible way to try to bring in new clients. Perhaps you have a good following already and been successful thus far, but my experience has been the worst i have had in my 15 years on Maui. I will never return for a service nor would i ever recommend your salon to a friend, or even a foe. read more

Annie and the team... Tomorrow and Ali are fantastic, fun, talented and very professional. I have been seeing Annie for a few years and every place she has worked I have felt nothing but welcomed and pampered. I am so excited for the new space in Kihei and can't say enough good things about it! They are conveniently located upstairs in Dolphin plaza and have done a great job of renovating the space. It's light and open with a clean, rustic and comfortable feel. Ali is a wonderful assistant and has some amazing scalp massage hands! ( best part when they are washing your hair) . I have had many complements about my hair from the cut to the color and highlights from friends and colleagues. Annie always makes me feel like a movie star walking out of the salon. Tomorrow( don't you love her name) has done touch ups for me that keep me looking and feeling fabulous between "the works" with Annie( cut, color, highlights and blow dry straight). Overall I feel like the women of Oliver and CO really listen to what you want and make decisions based on how much maintenance you want to put forth on a daily basis. I love that I can wake up and go most mornings or wash my hair the night before and put a little product in and can be ready to go to work the next day. (I don't even own a hair dryer anymore;). They charge what they are worth. I know as a professional in a service industry that you need to charge what you are worth. These ladies are worth it! Annie does a ton of continuing education and has been invited places to teach other stylists. She has trained both Tomorrow and Ali and all of them are great!
