City Wide rescued my Dad! He's elderly and was going for a…read morecruise in his classic car, when he got a flat. He doesn't have a cell phone, but someone stopped so he could call me, and then I called City Wide to get him- EXCEPT, poor Dad was confused about his location. The driver and I both circled the area until he was found, keeping me in communication with both dispatch AND the driver the entire time. It didn't even take much longer than the quoted time, and even with all the extra driving, they didn't upcharge him. The staff did absolutely everything possible to help find my Dad, and put his car carefully on a nice flatbed. I can't recommend these folks enough, especially if you're in a bind!
