From reading other reviews and after being here there is never anyone onsite and they don't mind renting out rooms at full price with no resources. The room rental is for two people and there is only 1 wash cloth, 1 robe and no hand towels. The AC is set to 68 but the actual temp is 75 and is not able to actually keep the room any cooler. Unfortunately the nice finishes don't make up for the downfalls. I wish this boutique hotel showed up better for its customers.
