The new setup is not good. The staff is the worst ever. I don't know who this young lady was but she was working the self check out and was the absolute rudest, meanest person I have ever had HELP me in any store and I am 60 yrs old. I am using my husband's yelp but my name is Jackie. I work in customer service. I am a waitress. So I know how to extend kindness to customers. She didn't have her name tag on, go figure, so it forces me to write a description. I have to do this because she represents Target and I have to come to the conclusion that she doesn't care about her job. But she was a young black woman with long braids with pink decorations in them and stickers on her face. She was very mean and the most unprofessional person I ever had the displeasure of coming into contact with. I am writing this review for hoping tht other people do not hesitate to write one of their own if they have contact with this racist, mean unprofessional person. I will also be going in there tomorrow to discuss my unfortunate meeting and visit to this store. This kind of conduct has to be arrested at some point. The way our country was over half a century ago shouldn't have anything to do with how human beings treat each other now. You never know what someone's background and culture consists of. But I have to believe she treats everyone like this or I suffer in thought. Good day. read more

Target never disappoints! The staff is always friendly. They sanitize the baskets and the self-service register stations. Starbucks located inside. I can always find a good selection of what I need & can depend on the accuracy of the app to tell me where it's at. read more

Just bought 2 - 522 epson black ink cartridges for my printer and when I got home I found both had 552 cartridge in them and one even gray instead of black. How does the wrong product get in the package? read more

My wife enjoys going to target and when we were in different cities like we were this weekend when we went to Detroit area. We saw a target and she wanted to shop and buy a few items. We walked around the store laugh took pictures I have a good time like we usually do and we only walked away with a pillow so I'd say it's a success read more

This is a review for the Starbucks inside of Target. Cameron, thank you so much for your continually gracious customer service skills. I usually do not enjoy Starbucks inside of other grocery stores. For this location I make an exception. She recommends things off the menu, knows the menu well, and is willing to make any accommodations my husband or I need. Our drinks, no matter how complicated or simple, are quality. She's just a bright young lady and the store is lucky to have her. The rest of the Target is like every other Target I've ever been to. read more

I love Target - but this virus thing has made everyone uneasy but workers there are doing their best. I was greeted and directed to stand in line on assigned dots on the floor. Please note - if you order online.... PICK-UP and CURB SIDE are totally two different things. The phones aren't getting answered and limited amount of workers. Every time I go here it's a cluster fk. They never ever have cashiers open. Always redirecting people to self checkout. Like no, I have too much shit to ring up. Went the other day and this lady expressed her concern as well- looks like she too has experience this enough times at this target. Manager was upset because he was calling for help and not one of his employees came. Like if I was a manager I would be calling people by their names to jump on register. You had 4 baristas at target standing there and when the manager told one of them to hop on the register they looked at him like he was speaking french. Since Covid started, the lines have gotten really long and they seem to have reduced the number of cashiers. Items are usually in stock and the store is clean, but I don't go here if I'm in a hurry. They clean carts and self-checkout stations between customers, but use the same rag over and over, so I'm not sure how clean they really are. Bring your own wipes if that's important to you. read more

I am not a regular shopper for young children any more for years. Today I took my youngest grandson to hockey. He is growing pretty fast and it was time for a new pair of shoes. So after hockey we went to the local Target store. He is young, it was early in the morning, and he had just played hockey for almost an hour. So he was little on the surly and quiet side. We asked an associate for the location of kids shoes and she was very helpful getting us to the right place. Once there we were greeted by Jennifer. I cannot day enough good things or praise about Jennifer. She was quite patient and helpful with a young boy who did not yet know what shoe he wanted. She showed him many different styles and assisted him with trueing a few on after measuring his feet size. Jennifer made the whole shoe shopping experience wonderful. And she brightened up a young boy's morning. Thank you again Jennifer for all your help this morning. read more

I love this target, the people are so patient and nice ! I would love to shout to Renae and Antonio (the manager) I had dropped a jar of spaghetti sauce and they instantly came to help me they went so above and beyond they helped me clean my shoes off and gave me a private spot in the store to get clean! I've been to countless Targets (hasn't everyone?!) but this one kind of takes the cake for longest/slowest lines. This Target is located on a busy lot with Wal Mart and a handful of restaurants and other stores at what used to be the grounds of the Wonderland Mall. With that being said, be super careful driving because the 10 MPH speed limits somehow means 35 MPH and before you know it, people are zooming through the chaotic parking lot, not giving a care about the people walking by. I usually stop in before staying at my guy's house to get some water, snacks, and ready to bake cookies. A trip that *should* take no more than 5 minutes but often times turns into a 20 minute trip once I get to the checkout. I understand it being a busy store, but why not hire some extra help so you can open up more registers? It's been a common occurrence every time I stop in. The Starbucks is also rather busy, FYI, so be prepared to stay and wait a bit if you're stopping in after your Target shopping. This location is fairly clean, however, and employee are consistently kind which is what keeps me coming back! read more

It is fundamentally dishonest to quote someone a price on a special order only to raise that quoted price when they come to pick it up. My elderly mother needed a case of elemental nutrition before we ran out, and I stopped in to the CVS at Target to ask about it. They didn't carry it, but could get it in two days. $190 for a 6-day supply. I ordered it. The day it was in, the price became 272 bucks. They should have honored the quoted price and said that the price going forward would be higher, but no, just pay up or don't feed your mom. I paid. Poor ethics. Very disappointing. read more

This is the only store I've been to since this nasty virus that actually has a store associate posted at the front door, regulating the actual number of patrons in the store at one time. I get inside and another store associate already has a clean basket for me! I go to self check-out, and yet another associate is regulated the space between patrons, and, ice-cream on the cake, when leaving out, another store associate took my basket from me with spray and cleaner in hand. I have not seen such an efficient store anywhere else, they are truly serious about keeping us patrons and their associates safe. This is the only major store I feel comfortable going to. read more

This target used to be really nice but they really need to work on keeping the parking lot clean. The parking lot and the garden beds are completely full of trash and I addressed it to a manager and he said "he would send someone out there to clean it up" but when I left there was still trash everywhere. The garbage cans outside were overflowing so you couldn't put trash in there if you wanted to. I think it's pretty poor management to let the area outside the store get so dirty. There were a ton of workers I saw just standing around talking so it's pretty nuts that the manager wouldn't send at least one worker out there to clean up. read more

I went to exchange my daughter shoe because the size was to small n they no long had the the shoes there is I got a different part to exchange at the same prices so they told me they couldn't exchange it for the full value price n only often me 10.40 for a 21.95 pair of shoes wow then the trainer Jessica was very rude about n told me there was nothing she could do she don't even try she just told me no point I will never shop here again n Jessica need to be reviewed for her customer service skills read more

There isn't really a decent Target but I still like the store. The staff here are very friendly and super helpful. They are always stocked. I went to get a iPhone and they thought they didn't have it but they checked. The Target I went to before wouldn't even do that and didn't know what they were talking about. They said that the Target in Wodhaven had it but they were going to call so we didn't have to drive out there for nothing. There was a case for $50 and they gave it to me for $15 when it wasn't on sale. read more

The employees at this target are always so friendly! While waiting to check out, the lines started increasing in size. The managers were quick to phone additional employees to the front and took care of things immediately. One even checked me out personally. Almost always organized and have things in stock. They are updating (probably all) stores to add fresh fruit and vegatables, which is great, but taking away a lot of the other departments. I am waiting to see what happens. Typically I LOVE this target and will choose here over the target on haggerty but over the past few visits I've noticed the place is looking messy. Shelves aren't restocked and shelves look messy. Many items in the wrong place/ matched with wrong price. I have returned to the same store 4 different times looking for item/size of a parucular item and the area in which you find this item looks like a cyclone went through it. I visited this location(or should i say briefly walked in and walked out) at approximately last weekend . I am fully aware of the time that the store closes, as I only had one quick iten to grab. As my husband and I walked into the store, the associate behind the Starbucks counter " shouted " we close in 10". I replied with " I understand , just have something quick to grab" and left it at that . After I continue to walk ( rather quickly), about 3 women behind the return area also shouted, " we close in ten minutes!" After that I turned around to leave. While on the surface target says them seem to care about their employees, they do not. Thw management team likes to say things behind workers backs like sly remarks or insulting them when they think they cant be heard. I tolerated their dirty looks for about two months before being fired for a previous situation I couldnt control. After giving me their word that everything could be communicated and worked around. I told them my situations and they still used me. They allowed me to work a full day and fired me right at the end of it. They are pretty great at condescending humor so if you like that you'll fit right in. On the outside the promote this fake outwardly happy friendly attitude which is just to bring you in and treat you like every other company does. Target is just like every other company and if you want to work there you run the risk of being fired for things out of your control. After being used and spoken of poorly behind my back I just wanted to share and warn anyone unfortunate to apply there. The higher pay is to cover up the way the mangment team treats its employees. read more

I love Target in general. Occasionally, there is a not well run Target, but that's very rare. This one is very well run and employees are incredibly helpful and friendly! There is always something new and exciting to find here and good variety of products to make this almost a one stop shop.
