This store was clean and very organized. Customer service was ok but I was very impressed on how tidy this target was. I was able to find everything fast and they had great selections on clothing and other things like baby items. Overall it was a good experience! read more

They canceled my pick up order for a PlayStation 5 that I had until Wednesday the 20th to pick up. They refunded my eGiftcard and it was stolen from my email and used in another state to make purchase. Target will not refund my $500 gift card. I will never make another purchase at Target again. They have ruined my sons Christmas! I will tell everyone I know never to purchase here again. read more

I have been shopping at this store pretty much since they opened years ago. My last experience was markedly improved. I don't know if they have no management or what, but there was a significant improvement. The store was clean, the parking lot and the area at the side of the building were free from litter, shelves were stocked and employees were accessible. When I got to the checkout, there was only 2 registers open and a line was quickly forming. Two employees, I think one was a supervisor or manager, hopped into registers and invited guests to their lanes. The cashier was friendly and efficient (which is a pretty normal experience here). And as I was leaving there were 2 employees talking about shifts and they both made eye contact, thanked me for shopping at Target and wished me a nice day. read more

Target has started carrying a lot of new brands in their stores. I came across a new greeting cards line called Awkward Family Photos, it's a work of great talent! The store is always clean, fully stocked to maximum capacity and carry some unique brands. I've noticed their food area has been expanding, I think if they are trying to tap into that market, they need to move it to the cosmetic area. Like I said they are bringing a lot of new brands which is great, but limiting clothing wear. Such as bikinis, they used to have a variety of 10 clothing racks, now there's half. However, the evening dresses have gained due to those old bikini racks. I'm not sure what to make of that, guess they are trying to tap into that market. Very good Target. Was nearby eating and swung in for a quick shop. Mother's Day cards? Check. Good selection, fun and easy grabs. Sheets? Bargathon priced king sized jersey cotton. I love these sheets and they are twice the price everywhere else. They had a great selection of solid colors and stripes. They even had extra matching pillowcases, great for us as we have a billion pillows. Makeup? Yep plenty. What I needed was on sale. I also grabbed an Essie polish that was in a fun watermelon shade. Got everything in a flash and even had a friendly checkout. Aces in my book. read more

I called this target to express my displeasure with my experience &, after my call being re routed 12 times, I finally got ahold of the manager. She promised to resolve my problem & give me a call back. I was so impressed by her professionalism. Unfortunately, she never actually called me back. Very unprofessional & disappointing for a chain of stores that I absolutely love. Avoid this location. read more

The layout of this Target isn't the same as many Downriver stores, so it can be a little confusing to find things. The women's section is so cramped I can hardly get a cart through, so I usually just skip that area. The grocery section is well-stocked with produce, meats, cheeses and bakery items. I usually see a couple employees on any given visit. A good Target, but not my favorite. My main reason for shopping here is to check out how their clearance section differs from the Allen Park location. It seems like things "sit around" longer here, thus being cheaper in the clearance section. read more

So, they've upgraded this location to include a grocery section. The problem is it's just not a big enough building for this remodel. The aisles are now so cramped, it's impossible to maneuver a cart through the clothing section, the stock has diminished. It's a total bummer because this used to be such a solid location, the location I grew up at! Now I avoid it if I can, opting to go to the Livonia location instead. I don't dislike the grocery upgrades at these shops but sometimes it ends up ruining perfectly good stores. This is one of those times. Le sigh. read more

This store looks like it was hit with an ugly stick. The place was filthy and disorganized. The fresh fruit selection was more of a witness protection program-the good stuff was definitely hiding! Customers would drop discards anywhere. We opened up a stool with a storage compartment and found socks inside! Why? Was someone planning on stealing them and lost interest? Some of the customers were playing hide and seek and running thru the aisles. Others were having social time and gabbing. I just wanted to shop but with the issues in this store, it's a tough slog. Staff in electronics were friendly and available. At the registers, however, the lines were six deep and, with few cashiers, everyone was looking for the best line. We gave up on buying and left. read more

A very nice man is always outside retrieving the shopping carts. He always greeting customers. As you walk in the store, it appears to be dirty. The girl at the slurpy, register lacks any greeting. Good selection of electronics and TV's. At one time, the store had a great return policy. Now, good luck trying to return without a receipt. The overall selection is very good but the store has area of chaos. The front registers are mediocre at best but during peak holidays the wait is long. Management is nonexistent! They are always hiding in the back or in the offices. I like the Allen Park- store, much better because management is at the front and keeping tabs on its customers and employees. read more

This store sucks big time. The workers are rude and look like they don't want to be there. The floor is dirty and one of the workers smelled like weed. Don't get high before you come to work just wait until you get home after work. Other than that l found what l was looking for and l got out alive. read more

As someone who actually worked there, I felt the need to really chime in on here. Oh where do I start...when you apply here, they try to get you lured in by having a fantastic break room, but there's no training at all here, they shove a phone at you and then expect you to know everything. Managers are rude, disrespectful, and humiliate you in front of other managers and staff AND "guests". Almost all managers have zero communication and have no idea how to run a store then complain when a misunderstanding happens but instead of doing something about it they just walk around the store with a walkie and a phone doing pretty much absolutely nothing. Not to mention the managers ACTED LIKE I FAKED MY CONCUSSION, one manager INTERRUPTED my conversation with a "guest". If you work at the pizza hut don't expect help. Oh yeah, some managers are also sexist and try to make up their own rules and tell their own not to wear certain items of clothes cause it doesn't look good on them (even when you're in dresscode). Ever wonder why they're understaffed? Because workers are lucky to get 12 hours a week and yknow what full time hours are considered? TWENTY FIVE. Then they take out like 300 dollars in taxes when you actually do get hours. Ever wonder why the workers don't have a walkie or phone? Because they hardly supply enough for anybody. Managers complain that training on the fly is too hard and then wonder why they have no help. There was a gas leak and NO ONE was told about it. I've worked at a McDonald's and THIS place was WORSE. read more

Drove to 3 Targets looking for a second Maple 5 shelved bookcase. Called this Target, and not only did they find one for me, but they held it until we arrived. Awesome, friendly service + Target (cause it's amazing) = 5 Stars. read more

They're fine, they have good customer service. But their electronics section is a no-go for me. Several times (more than 3) I've purchased items that ended up being defective or damaged. I purchased a TV with a nice crack in the middle; easy return, though. Another time I bought a gaming console that was clearly used when I opened it and when I went to return it the cashier accused me of switching it out for an old one but the manager took care of things. Please check the serial numbers before restocking items! read more
