A nice quiet location tucked away from the bustling downtown area. They are extremely pet friendly, so much to my excitement there were so many dogs. The staff and service were great, the bartender gave great recommendations for those who are not familiar with their menu. I'm normally not a beer drinker, but the Fruit 'n Scoops Chantilly Dream caught my eye. It's a delicious fruity sour that was delicate on the palate. I could taste the berries and Chantilly cream with every sip. Food options were typical bar snacks, but we did order wings to be delivered. They have a pinball arcade and a nice indoor and outdoor seating area. We opted for outdoors since it was a beautiful day. read more

This is a nice brewery that is also a distillery. They have a nice scenic patio area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. The bartender Ian was very knowledgeable on all the beers and gave us alot of insight about breweries in general. If beer is not your drink of choice they have a great selection of other spirits. Love the work that Ology is doing in Tallahassee and now the addition of the beer garden! Ology has really taken off in Tallahassee since the opening of their original location in Midtown and now their expansion into a full-fledged brew house with the new taproom. They really have matured and started to find their place within the Tallahassee brewing community, especially with their sour beer program. Seriously, make the trip to grab a bottle or two of their barrel-aged sours! Otherwise, Ology has continued to improve their recipes and get innovative, so I love finding so many new (and great tasting!) beers to try with each new visit. The new Power Mill location has expanded with a more complete tap list. The Purple Telescope sour is one of my new favorite beers, but you can't go wrong with the others (especially the NE IPAs they brew). The beer garden and patio outside have been perfect to get fresh air and social distance during Covid. All of the work was worth it! Overall, I love the new taproom and can't wait to be back! read more

I was here the night this location opened, I can't believe I never wrote a review! This is one of my go-to breweries in Tallahassee. A bit off the beaten path if you live closer to downtown, but still a great place to hang out. They have food trucks on various days, pinball machines (including a Jurassic park-themed one!!) and delicious beer. It's overall a chill place to hang out, grab beer or a cocktail, and enjoy the evening. read more

I absolutely loved this place! We were driving through from our trip back from Texas. I have known about Ology for a while as I've had a few of their brews from my favorite spot in Miami. What I didn't know is that they have two locations. We ended up at the Power Mill spot and it was great! The outside is beautiful! The deck, the lighting and the trees gave beer garden the best ambience. It was just me and my wife sitting together enjoying some nice cold ones but I can see how this can also be a fun spot with a large group of friends. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were spot on with their recommendations. Also, you can order food from a local spot and have it delivered there, which we did. And I would like to add, the burritos bowls that we ordered did not come with any plastic ware, but the beerista had our back. She had some extras that she gladly shared with us. Awesome beer! This brewery location off of Capital Circle, Northeast had a beautiful setting, with many tables under the shade of trees. We didn't even know about it, but the Maine lobster truck from Miami was up here today, so we went, and we were glad to find out about this new Ology location. The beer and other drink options were terrific. But I can't give it five stars because I think at a brewery there should be some food options. Even if no prepared food, there should at least be pretzels or something to have while people are drinking. I think it helps both the brewery and people who are going to be driving when they leave. read more

I'll say it again, Ology is brewing the most exciting beers in Tallahassee right now. The Power Mill location, Ology's second taproom, is a desperately needed addition to the East TLH beer scene. It's located in an industrial area off of the Fern Trail with plenty of parking. There is both outdoor and indoor art gallery seating. It's open 7 days a week- almost too good to be true. Ology's bartenders are experts in their craft and they are happy to talk with you about it. Even with just eight taps, far less than their 6th Ave location, they manage to keep their tap list interesting. There's almost always a new-to-me brew on their list that I'll want to ask about! Simply put, I'm a huge fan and I can't wait to see what Ology comes up with next. I'm hoping their Food Lab food truck makes regular appearances at Power Mill. The Fried Bavarian Pretzel with "Good Idea" Altbier Cheese is truly what dreams are made of. The extra square footage in this location will enable Ology to brew more beer and that's good news for us all. read more

Yesterday was my first time at this newer Ology location (I had been to the sixth street location before). This location is definitely a lot nicer and has more outdoor space. I tried two of their sours and really liked them. Some of their sours do have added lactose however (apparently it helps balance the beer out) so be mindful of that if you have any type of lactose intolerance. There was a foodtruck as well that was serving really delicious padthai! One thing to keep in mind is that parking is sparse so try to carpool if you are going with a bunch of friends. read more

Yes! An Ology on the east side of town! This second location is basically across from Tom Brown Park and a much needed addition to this area of town. The selection is a bit smaller from 6th street but just as delicious with about 8 beers on tap. I was happy to discover they have wine here too! Something for everyone :) The interior is rather large and they have teamed up with local artists to fill the walls. If you haven't been by, I recommend checking it out to support the growth of this fun new location. read more

Love this place because they have beer and liquor! Had the chance to come for their Octoberfest celebration and it was a hit. Just a warning- be careful where you park. We were in the lot, but a gym around the corner was having a youth volleyball tournament, so we sadly saw a lot of vehicles being towed along the street right in front of the parking lot. read more

Ology is excellent. I reviewed their mid-town location which offers a Similar selection to power mill. Powermill is awesome because they have revamped it to have outside seating.. A great atmosphere! No food though, but the occasional food truck. Gaines Street pies is only three blocks away and will deliver, though! read more

No glass. I prefer beer out of a glass especially craft beer. The store is ard to find. Why not have a sign by the road? Otherwise great beer, wine, juices and seltzer. Mosquitos are vicious on the patio. read more
