This is a nice brewery that is also a distillery. They have a nice scenic patio area where you can sit and enjoy your drinks. The bartender Ian was very knowledgeable on all the beers and gave us alot of insight about breweries in general. If beer is not your drink of choice they have a great selection of other spirits. Be sure to grab you some beers or a bottle of the spirits they make to take home with you.

I absolutely loved this place! We were driving through from our trip back from Texas. I have known about Ology for a while as I've had a few of their brews from my favorite spot in Miami. What I didn't know is that they have two locations. We ended up at the Power Mill spot and it was great! The outside is beautiful! The deck, the lighting and the trees gave beer garden the best ambience. It was just me and my wife sitting together enjoying some nice cold ones but I can see how this can also be a fun spot with a large group of friends. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were spot on with their recommendations. Also, you can order food from a local spot and have it delivered there, which we did. And I would like to add, the burritos bowls that we ordered did not come with any plastic ware, but the beerista had our back. She had some extras that she gladly shared with us. Awesome beer! Awesome crew! Awesome place! Can't wait to visit again!

I'll say it again, Ology is brewing the most exciting beers in Tallahassee right now. The Power Mill location, Ology's second taproom, is a desperately needed addition to the East TLH beer scene. It's located in an industrial area off of the Fern Trail with plenty of parking. There is both outdoor and indoor art gallery seating. It's open 7 days a week- almost too good to be true. Ology's bartenders are experts in their craft and they are happy to talk with you about it. Even with just eight taps, far less than their 6th Ave location, they manage to keep their tap list interesting. There's almost always a new-to-me brew on their list that I'll want to ask about! Simply put, I'm a huge fan and I can't wait to see what Ology comes up with next. I'm hoping their Food Lab food truck makes regular appearances at Power Mill. The Fried Bavarian Pretzel with "Good Idea" Altbier Cheese is truly what dreams are made of. The extra square footage in this location will enable Ology to brew more beer and that's good news for us all.

Ology has the best beer in Tallahassee, hands down. In addition the amazing beer, the employees are some of the nicest people you'll ever come across.

If I get amazing service I find the on duty manager and tell them immediately so they can feel good about their team. I've spent over 40yrs in the hospitality industry along with wine, beer & spirits distribution. I've run restaurants and nightclubs as well as working for a national chain as a corporate front of the house trainer. I try to always eat local, drink local beer and independent coffee shops. With that being said, I feel I'm qualified to leave this review. I went in there on Father's Day with my family, all adults and one young child. We arrived just as one of the FIFA matches just started, so I know these time quotes are accurate. We watched multiple servers, managers (I'm guessing based on what they were doing) & server assistants. We sat for a good 15 minutes before we had to stop someone, because one of the people was getting hot, and needed some water. It wasn't until after that, we were given menu's and asked what we would like to drink. That took almost 15-18 minutes until those arrived. They were not complicated, Diet Coke a house special drink and their flagship beer. Once the other 3 people joined us, we ordered food and another round. Again, that took 15+ minutes to get that . Albeit they were busy, full house, but it appeared that they ample personal to accommodate the guests. We came specifically for the Chicago Hot Dogs, because they have all the proper ingredients. But, when we ordered... they were out. Then when another sandwich s was ordered, we were told they were out of fries. My pregnant daughter was craving one of their signature doughnuts... they were out. And when I mean out, all signature donuts were outThen there was another side dish that was out, but at this point we were glazing over the menu again. Once food came, it was delicious. The beer and drinks were 5 star, all the way. The last disappointment was when we were ready to check out, our server was nowhere to be found. We waited expecting her to check on us, considering I had ordered one last beer (another 15 minutes went by, and she had to come back to confirm my order). This is in no way a complaint but should be taken as a possible retraining opportunity, or at the absolute least, a good pre-shift discussion on service steps. I tipped well above the normal (30%), because I know how hard things can be. Any other person would have tipped 10% or less. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

I have tried Lake Tribe beers before at the Tally Beer Fest and enjoyed them, so I was excited to try a wider array of their selection. I truly enjoyed their gluten-free seltzer, pineapple brew, and a piña colada version as well. They do not have their own food on site, so make sure to check out which food truck will be there before arriving. Seating is limited, but you can bring your own foldoutout chair and there are picnic tables available outside with some high tops inside. I can see how this space would be refreshing during cooler months and will circle back in fall for sure. As the heat begins encroaching upon Tallahassee, make sure to dress appropriately and wear or bring bug spray, as the area is a bit woodsy near the back of the warehouse where the brewery is housed. The service there is polite and they do their best to make sure there isn't a ton of foam on each pour.

Mind you, we had a shaded table, but nevertheless, it's the principle of the matter that's important. They had a food truck by Pineappetit outside. We ordered their chicken dish and split it two ways because honestly their gimmicky pineapple with all of their rice, beans, and toppings was humongous. We just barely finished it. There was a musician playing covers of I don't know how many 80s and 90s songs. He was on tune and the entire experience was pleasant. I think the only gripe I have about this brewery is where it's located. It's kind of hidden and parking isn't per se clearly labeled.

They had 12 beers on tap the night I visited and I tried a flight of four. I really didn't care for their beer. The four in the flight that I tried: I thought that one was good, one was marginal, and two were just nasty (sorry, but I couldn't get past the first sip on those two). Overall, not a fan of the beers I tried (but I did try only four), didn't like the atmosphere, or the location. That said, perhaps it's a nice respite for those who live in that area or go to school there.

It is 100% super confusing tonfind because the actual address is listed as the apartment community in which the space is in on the bottom level but the entrance is actually on All Saints, not St. Francis.
