I was told this would break in. The guy who tinted my windows said I was misled. I tried calling back several times, assumed they were closed over the weekend. Tried calling back today to get it re-aligned. I scheduled an appointment for 4. 4:30, no one. I called them back and they said the technician called me. He didn't. They said he texted me. He didn't. I asked for a refund on the install so I could pay someone else to fix it (I'll pay for the glass) and was told they won't do refunds. Then I was told it's my fault for missing the appointment because I couldn't schedule the next day. So I gave up. If you want your windows done right, maybe call someone else.

The issue is still not resolved even after a failed attempt to repair their poor craftsmanship by the same technician. Leak is same or if not worse. Michael keeps telling me that they cannot send a trained technician because they are too busy. He even pushed to have the same technician to return for a third time to attempt to repair it after Michael himself told me he wouldn't trust that technician to work on his personal vehicle. Each time an appointment is set up no one shows. Been 3 missed appointments from their end. Horrible.

This is the first time I post anything on Yelp. I only say this for you to consider seriously my…read morereview. Avoid as much as possible this car dealer. I bought a car from them few months ago and I had so many problems with the car and their service : 1) The guy is nearly never in his shop, even at presumably "opened" hours. You will have to call first before coming to be sure he will be there when you come. 2) The car I bought looked in great conditions but it was all make up. When I first came to the dealer, he told me there was a very small problem with the direction light that he wanted to be fixed before testing drive. So I tested the car few days later and it was working. EXCEPT that less than a month after I bought the car, the direction light blew the fuse again and I had to have it repaired again (this time properly) as they didn't really fixed the problem : $100 3) The washer fluid was leaking on the first day I drove the car. They just filled the tank before giving me the car. In 2 days, it was empty : $100 4) Oil was terrible in there, super dark, it had not been service for a while, pretty surprising for a car that went to the garage a day before and oil change is such a cheap basic : $60 So far, it is not so bad, you would say, WAIT 5) Getting the direction light fixed, I discovered, there was a massive oil leak right on the top of the engine as well as below, all the tubing were crazy old and I had to have this replace : $250 and the car still leaks oil but I got the most urgent done. I still have to put $200 in this at some point. On the side many bulbs were dead on the car and the direction light were even swapped with the reverse direction white lights. This is cheap repair, true, but they could have therefore done it. 6) The engine AND the transmission mount were really bad (broken). I had the worse of the two replaced, $250 dollars and still have the other one to be done at some point. 7) Thief alarm is dead, probably the battery of the alarm have to be replaced, I will wait on this but it goes up to $400. 8) Now the car just show me a "CHECK ENGINE" light and it is back to the mechanic... I am waiting anxiously for the rest of the story. You would say to me, that is normal for a used car to have problems. BUT, the guy sells you the car with an insurance, so you kind off trust him at some point and when the mechanic called the insurance company, what happened? 9) First the insurance was not paid, or activated, I don't know, but I had to call the dealer for him to get the insurance of the car (that I paid to the dealer, it was part of the deal) working after I brought the car to a mechanic AND I thought that my insurance would help cover the cost. 10) Then, the insurance covers pretty much nothing. What is covered is only when the engine pretty much collapses or is dead and they only pay back a very small portion of the repairs that would have to be done in such a scenario. So I got zero from them. Now, when I bought the car, the car looked great, with an insurance, the engine had been make up (to cover the oil leak probably) and everything seemed to work fine. So just don't trust these guys and go somewhere else to buy your car.
