    Do not call this place. They charged me just shy of $600 to replace my front and back windshields and it leaked! The guy was really sweet and accommodating the day of the repair, but the moment I started asking questions he got short with me. When I picked up my car they were still finishing. Upon closer examination, the front windshield had its rubber sticking out. The back window didn't match the tint. 3 days later I took it through a car wash and it leaked like a faucet was turned on. I came back in person to show him all the wrong things and he insisted it was done properly and I had rust. Rust voids the warranty so it will be extra to fix. Don't go here. They are con men.

    The $75 for $100 voucher. Do you see where it says only redeemable on windshield replacement and not for tint? I sure don't....

    Ok.... My experience with Change Auto Glass was an interesting one. 5 stars for the impeccable tint job but taking 2 stars away for poor customer service and lack of communication... 3 star average I guess. I should actually take more away but the tint is so nice that I can't. I bought myself a new car over the weekend and wanted to get the windows tinted. My boyfriend was looking around at a bunch of places in our area and originally had scheduled a window tinting appointment somewhere else but that place was literally un-locatable so we decided to not go through with that one. He found Change on Yelp and called them right away... Around 7:30 am. A man answered quoted us $185 and said they can do the job, just bring it in... So we did. Dropped my car off at around 8:00 am, saw a girl named Liz who took my keys and wrote my phone number down with a dried out sharpie on a random piece of mail... Which I found to be very strange. No questions asked at all, no papers to sign... she just said 2-3 hours and it will be done. After we left, I wasn't feeling right so I called again to make sure that they were going to tint my windows the way I wanted them... 5% in the back, 35% in front. The girl Liz literally said "oh yeah that would have been good if I asked you that huh?" Smh... I told her what I wanted and again, was told 3 hours. I called Change around noon and spoke to the manager there who had absolutely no idea that my car was even there or waiting for a tint job! WTF! Yes I was livid! The manager told me my car should be done by 3:30... Keep in mind I was told it would take about 3 hours at 8 am. I headed over to Change at 3, and my car was just starting to be worked on. By this point my boiling point was out the roof and I was ready to burst. I had stuff I needed to do throughout the day and instead I spent all day stuck without my car and this place had no idea that it was even there! 4:30 rolls around and finally my car is ready to go. FINALLY. The man I was dealing with apologized up and down about the miscommunication and instead of the $200 total cost, he cut it to $160 out the door for my 7 windows. Plus they have a 3 year warranty on their tints. Not bad pricing at all, but unfortunately I got that price at the expense of the poor lack of communication from their staff. I could tell that he was genuinely sorry about what happened with my car though. I also noticed they have a $75 for $100 deal on yelp, so I was going to purchase that voucher BUT they told me that it doesn't apply to window tinting, just windshield replacement... No where on that voucher is that listed at all. I showed him the voucher and no where on it did it say for windshield replacement only... I told the man that they need to be specific and have the fine print on these vouchers because if I would have purchased it... I would have been out a nice $75. No bueno. I don't like giving bad reviews at all, but something really needs to be done about the communication issues with their front desk and technicians. And also, don't offer vouchers for customers to purchase if you won't honor them! I can't complain about what I paid or the job that was done... It's the sloppy service that I wasn't too happy with. Luckily the tint job they did is awesome!

    This place is so convenient, I had an insurance coverage on my windshield. I got Liz on the phone with Farmers & then hour later it was done. The next day I went back to get my windows tinted because they had the best price in the Tri-City Area. Tom helped me with this visit and he and Liz are very a professional group of individuals.

    DO NOT call these guys to change the glass on your car. I had them come out to change the front windshield. After they remove all the panels and windshield wipers, they come and tell me the bolts that the wipers bolt down to is broken. And they said it was already broken. I end up buying a new piece where the wipers bolts onto and it cost $260. I call them and they were yelling at me and are very unprofessional. They said they didn't break it and was being rude on the phone. Also there was glass inside the car and they didn't even clean it up. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE TO CHANGE YOUR GLASS.

    my driver side glass got broken and I found them online and they're very close to my house I called them and they booked my appointment and the technician came and fixed my glass in 30 minutes and he did a perfect job I am happy with my new glass and they did a perfect cleaning thank you so much I would highly recommend

    My experience with this company has been horrible. I had one of there tech out to fixed my front windshield on my car. The tech arrived in a timely manner and started on the front Windshield. I walked back into work and was finishing up some work with a client and received a phone call about 25 minutes later to collect payment over the phone. After getting off the phone i went to go say thank you to the tech and check out the work. GONE!! Not one word. Well it all made sense why they were out of there so quick cause the job was horrific. I went to look at the windshield and I noticed something didn't look right. He Cracked the bottom panel and seal, then tried glueing the pieces to the glass. Really! I could believe what I was looking at. I I then called the company back to let them know what happened and they sent out a different tech. Who shows up and show him and he said who did this. I told him your guys did. He said does not look good. Then says that's one whole piece and going have to replace the whole part. I said well I didn't mess it up you guys did. He said ok. Let me call the office. OK, So the tech calls the front office and lets them know while I'm standing there. i called back to the front office and they asked me to send pictures of the work and I told him I had also taken pictures of it before hand because I had sent out pictures to a Nother glass company before I had them replaced it due to seeing if the windshield I had a sensor or not. Then I sent out the pictures and they told me they get in contact with me by Monday due to it being a weekend. So by Monday when I did not hear from them I called to touch bases and they still said they were waiting to hear back from management. I patiently waited till To Wednesday And called back again and kept getting the runaround from the front operator saying that they're still waiting for management to decide what they're just they're going to do. Long story short it's been over a week and I have still yet to hear back from any management and regards to fixing anything. Would stay far away from this company. The piece that I have to replace that they broke is going to cost more then the glass itself.

    Found this place on yelp and I wanted to go ahead and try it out . I had a chip on my window and I also needed some tint for my windows . My insurance covered the chip and I paid the the window tint . They are very professional and have great customer service . I dropped off my car and 3 hours later my car looks brand new again . Thank you !

    It had a hole and now looks so  beautiful
