Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

Omar made sure we knew what we were getting and made every moment working with them a pleasure. We took our new 2026 Mazda to get a full ceramic coating, front to back, to protect our paint from the elements as this car will be parked outside. We also added window tints all around. They first had to do a full paint correction before applying the ceramic coatings and I must say that our paint is now shining harder than the Dwyane Johnson's bald head in the sun. Jokes aside, the exterier really pops now and looks leagues better than when we brought it in. The ceramic coating also does an excellent job at keeping the paint smooth and easy to clean. I must also add that his warranty for the ceramic coating really can't be beat. For the tints, Omar only uses the best heat blocking material and we can really feel the difference whenever hopping in the car on a after it has been sitting in the sun all day. They are the perfect amount of darkness too. Omar was great at walking us through on which tint percentage was perfect for us and he was spot on! Overall, we are very pleased with our treatment as a customer and the service itself and we'll definitley recommend coming to Omar for your car needs!

But I have to say, talking with Omar & Martha made me feel comfortable and confident that they would do a good job. I honestly could not believe how good the car looked - seriously, maybe even better than the day I bought it 25 years ago! The attention to detail and the respect they showed the car was clearly evident in the finished product. The seats looked stained, there was dust and dirt, the cup holder was sticky (with a couple of coins melded into the tray). It FELT dirty getting into it. I dropped off the car with one of the staff named Silverio. He took a look, gave me a great quote, and let me know I could come back in a few hours. When I arrived to pick up the car, I did a double take. It looked familiar, but the interior looked BRAND NEW. I genuinely don't know how he did it. He event cleaned under the trunk, where the spare tire is kept. When I surprised my mom, she was also in shock. The car now feels clean and comfortable, and there wasn't a huge chemical small. Looking back, they could have charged way more for that quality of work. 10/10 would recommend.

As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. I got to speak with Sal during drop off. He took a look at the wheel and said that while the damaged looked rough, they would be able to make it look "pretty" good. He was straight forward on what they could and couldn't do in terms of reshaping the lip and matching the paint. This was an understatement, when I came to pick up the wheels, I could not even tell where the original damage was. These guys worked magic. I did end up finding some spots that had some minor paint pooling when drying but they were quick to schedule a follow up for touchups. I got to speak with Francisco for a bit as well and he was also great to work with. If you have expensive forged wheels that need repair and want a shop that offers fantastic repair service, great communication, and very reasonable pricing this place is it.
