    I purchased a microwave online on June 8, 2026 described as non-cancelable/non-returnable. It is…read morenow July 13th and I have not received the microwave. Holly was very helpful throughout the process, BUT no microwave! July 9th or 10th, we received a text from Warner stating the microwave would be delivered Saturday, July 11 and that we would receive a confirmation text for a more specific delivery time. We never received the confirmation text and NO delivery was made July 11th. I looked up MN laws regarding non-cancelable/non-returnable and they breached the contract when they did not deliver on Saturday as specified in the text message and I stated that I wanted a full refund. I was immediately reimbursed and I am so glad I don't have to drag this out in small claims court. The payment is still pending though! Why have product listed on your website if it's out of stock? Why did I have to wait over a month to get a working microwave? Do you realize that I have 12 grandchildren who rely on a microwave for heating up food and that I have been forced to cook simple meals for them on the stove while Rheumatoid arthritis several times a day just to meet their needs? The reason the microwave was purchased was to save me from all that pain of cooking, the cleaning, etc. I am so disappointed in Warner Stellian. My arms are swollen now and the refund from Warner is still pending and can take up to 7 business days for it to clear. Still no microwave and no money to pay for another one until the money goes into my account. So, so, so disappointed in Warner!

    Horrible communication and customer service. Wish I would have read reviews before hiring because…read morethere seem to be a lot of those same complaints! My husband and I purchased a GE range from Home Depot back in June. We learned at that time that it needed to be converted from natural gas to liquid propane and Home Depot told us they do not provide this service. I researched dozens of sites, plumbing companies and appliance specialist companies, and decided to try JUSTIN FROST from PRECISION APPLIANCE SERVICES. He came out 4 times during the month of July to install the conversion kit, but after his last visit, the burners were not burning correctly. I knew something wasn't right so Justin said he would call GE and get back to me. JUSTIN FROST NEVER RESPONDED so I called GE directly and they sent an appliance repair specialist to us. Unfortunately because someone else had already worked on it, they were not able to help us. They could not spend the time trying to figure out what JUSTIN FROST did wrong and then try to fix it. Even though the GE specialist was not able to help us, he did tell me what was wrong with the installation of the kit: (1) the orifices were installed on the wrong burners so some burn too hot and on other burners the flame does not change at all, even after turning the knob from high to low; (2) it takes 30 seconds+ plus for the burners to finally ignite, which is a safety hazard as gas is constantly leaking while trying to ignite, (3) the screws behind the knobs were all stripped. I called JUSTIN FROST to discuss the situation and he seemed very friendly at first and even scheduled an appointment to come back out to fix the conversion kit. Guess what? JUSTIN FROST never showed up! He never responded to any of my calls or texts and I learned that he blocked my number. We ended up with a ruined range that could potentially be leaking gas and no one to fix it. Needless to say, I have never been so disappointed with someone you trust in your home who leads you on telling you he can perform a service he obviously is not capable of. I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND JUSTIN FROST at PRECISION APPLIANCE SERVICES!! I called another appliance company and they told me that once the kit is installed incorrectly, it cannot be fixed and my only option is to buy another new range, which we did.
