Store is laid out with different sections, fishing, hunting, boating... Lots of stuffed/mounted animals throughout the place. A lot of them are above you. There is a large display of a mountain with all sorts of animals. Also a fish take with some impressive ones. A couple months ago, I…read morebought a bike for my teenage daughter and one particular staff person (Zach) was very helpful in letting us find the correct size bike. Fast forward to yesterday when I had to bring the same bike in for repairs (brought on by my daughter-not the bike's fault). Zach was now the one to fix the bike. Zach was great at both explaining what he was doing and taking the time to make sure it was done well. I had to leave the bike overnight but I got a call the next day with an explanation of what was completed as well as the cost. It was far less expensive than I was expecting.

I was visiting my dad and saw the shop was only 10 minutes down the road brought my bow with me over Thanksgiving. I am glad I did. He noticed my site and whiskey biscuit needed to be set up correctly and fixed before I began asking questions. From there, he recommended a release, probably the cheapest one he had. He said it's one of the best releases you can get and better than the 100-dollar release he used due to sponsorship. He did a couple of other tweaks and gave me a ten-minute lesson in the back of the shop. I had a great group at 15 yards with his feedback. I'm not in the area, but my dad said he would be using him for any future needs, and anytime I'm in the area, I will swing by if I need anything. The owner did not try to upsell me on other and was honest. Excellent customer service, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.

I bought the item and a day or two later they list another one at a higher price and won't honor the old price. Then I buy the item and a day or two later list another raising the price again. They claimed to only have 1 yet in the past 30 days I've ordered 7 of them and there's currently another one listed on their website. Of course they raised the price 10% after waiting 25 hours to post it on the site. And of course they can't price match it because it's not within 24 hours. (The fact that they took more than 24 hours to post it on their site doesn't matter) My account rep said they'd price match a price within the last 24 hours. They take 25-26 hours to post another item in stock to get around that price matching. Very sketchy and slimy sales team. Reflects poorly on the owners and the company as a whole. I gave them 2 stars simply because the shipping has been quick.
