When we were having trouble fitting all of our bikes on our car bike rack, Doug came out and helped us put our bikes on the rack. He was so patient the entire time we were there. No help there just insulted when it was explained as it may be stolen. Im sorry....no receipt no exchange. For the record to staff there Sku's are an inventory control system and point of sale pricing tool and its insulting to be told otherwise. They know if it sold from that store. Inventory is what I do as part of my business.
