Michael has done an excellent job with my stringing. 1) The quality of his work is top notch and you can tell from just looking at a new job that he has devoted time and attention. We tried a few set ups and right now I have a terrific hybrid. 2) Convenience - Michael comes to my home to pick up and drop off, sometimes on short notice, which is 100 times better than dropping off at a store. Plus, his turnaround time is fast and he is very flexible about scheduling pick ups and deliveries. 3) Price - His prices are excellent, especially considering the products he uses and that the downtime waiting for the restring is so short. 4) Service - one of the best things about his service is that he takes the time to ask me questions about how I play and what I want so that he can recommend the best string(s) for the job. You can tell that he's committed to working with you to provide the most appropriate set up and that he actually cares how the string job will perform. Plus, he seems to have unlimited supply of string and can offer just about any set up it seems. I found Michael by looking for tennis stringing service online and came here to the YELP listing. Since the reviews were pretty detailed, and I was a total novice about the process -- I decided to give him a try. He got back in touch with me after the long holiday weekend of Thanksgiving and we talked a little on the phone. He asked me quite a few questions, and we arranged to meet in a public place to exchange the 2 rackets. I had my rackets back on the day I wanted - and I was very happy with the pricing and service convenience. Since getting the new stringing about a month ago, I've played with both rackets a good number of times -- I'm very happy with the new strings. It's also nice that he puts a sticker on the shaft of the racket that has the name of the string, the tension/weight and date. He spent the time to learn about my game, past strings, and issues and was able to recommend a quality set of strings while clearly explaining the reasons behind the decision.
