I know cashmere usually is more expensive to dry clean than other materials, but I think that's outrageous. I paid the total, but then I asked to see the price list and she said they didn't have one! The whole thing was pretty suspect, and I will never go there again. Not to mention, the woman upfront was very rude during the whole thing. I believe they might simply make up pricing as they go and see what they can get away with. I'll admit, that often times I will pick up dry cleaning, pay the bill, and not really pay close attention to what each thing cost. Usually it's roughly what I'm imagining it to be. But in this case, I knew something was weird and I'm glad I asked. I truly do not recommend this business.

They do take "pay range" which is basically an app you download and load money into so you don't have to worry about loose change. My biggest complaint is recently I noticed they started locking the lint removal tray for the dryers and it says on there "to be emptied end of day". I came around 8pm and the lint trap was filled and what should've took about 20 minutes to dry took double the amount. As well, the washers had visible hair and dust around the doors so whoever is in charge of cleaning the machines isn't doing a great job. Im not sure if locking the link trays is a tactic for people to spend more but an accumulation of lint is a severe fire hazard.
