They completely took advantage of a handicap veteran who is an amputee. The very next day I went for a drive with him and no sooner did we get a mile down the road that I knew the brakes were metal on metal and then we got on the freeway I knew how serious of suspension issues there were Him being hard of hearing could not hear the brakes, and honestly had an anxiety attack while driving and had to pull over it allow me to drive home I was so furious that they would sell a car in this kind of condition that I had him go to a reputable business and get a complete inspection. He walked out an hour later with a 4,500 estimate on repairs which did not surprise me and we are going to pursue whatever we need to do to get this issue resolved or I will personally make sure I make a blog to my YOU TUBE CHANNEL with how sleezy used car salesman can stoop to and literally send someone out on the road with a clear safety and driveability issues. And while reading what EDDIE the owner swears are hidden reviews and are 4.5 stars or above, and states that there has only been 1 lone bad reviews is completely false. I read atleast 10 reviews stating the same, that they had driven away in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and a complete mess. There was one that was a single mother with a small child he had no problem selling an unsafe car to that broke down just less than a month after buying it. I will be meeting the owner today and will be updating the public on how these " Good Guys respond to proof they will be shown .

I will say I probably could have gotten my car for a bit cheaper elsewhere as my family recently purchased the same vehicle in better condition for cheaper at another dealership. I don't know if it just depends on the location as well, but I know where they reside in WA cost of living is more expensive than Olympia so I was bummed finding out that I paid a bit more. Once again, I'm no car deal so there may be things I just don't know! I will say it was my first time having to purchase a car so there are things on my end I should have done to have a better outcome with my used car in the future. While my car had no big problems when first purchased, a PPI would have likely shown me that my fuel pump assembly would end up needing to be replaced soon. That was almost $2000 to replace which is hard when you're still paying off your almost $10,000 loan. Once again, this is my fault as a consumer as I should have gotten a PPI prior to purchasing and you ALWAYS should when purchasing a used vehicle (it could save you thousands of dollars in repairs). Otherwise they have been great to contact whenever I had questions or concerns with the vehicle and always willing to help me. I'm pretty sure they said they are a family owned business and the father and two sons work there. They are SO sweet. I have nothing but kind things to say about this business and the fact that they explained every process and were patient with my millions of questions just proves to me they are good people. They truly are good guys!!

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing serious mechanical problems. In fact, the check engine light came on during my drive home from the dealership. Since then, I have had to complete extensive repairs totaling approximately $10,000. After inspecting the vehicle, my mechanic indicated that the nature of these issues strongly suggests they were present prior to the sale and would have been difficult to overlook. Since the purchase, I have made multiple attempts to contact a manager to discuss these concerns. Each time, I was told the manager was unavailable -- either in a meeting, on a call, or assisting another customer -- and unfortunately, my calls were never returned. This lack of follow-up has been very frustrating, especially given the seriousness of the situation. At the time of purchase, I relied on the expectation that the vehicle had been properly inspected and that any known material issues would have been disclosed. Based on what has occurred, that expectation was not met.

After an Oil change by our local mechanic the code cleared and we that it was done. Not to long after it did it again while she was trying to get our Special Needs Grandchild to Marybridge Childrens clinic in Tacoma for an outpatient procedure. She limped it back to town. We gave her our Subaru to use. Mechanic cleared the code so we could hopefully get it to the dealer. Once we got there; we were told by a Service Writer that with code cleared they can't do anything and is charging a $150.00 to drive it around until the code popped back in. They can use the DTC to find codes that have been cleared. We told them the code P1326 was found and wrote it down for them. We are contacting the BBB and writing to Corporate. The exact thing happened with code P1326 with our daughters car a year ago. They fixed the issue...but it came back, so a new engine put in. Not saying the Sonata needs a new engine ; but there is a massive recall for this specific problem. There is no reason to drive the car, waste the gas when they can find the info with that DTC scan. We also noticed after the code was pulled the total miles on the car jumped by 5,000 miles. We know because of a recent oil change. Next one was due at 171,000 miles. Car is still at the dealer. We refused to try and drive it back 30 miles where it would just sit; it can't be trusted.
