I called and the girl said I had a 6 month warranty. So nothing they could do. Now, I always get the most expensive coating. I never have had this issue before. Since I had an excellent relationship with the Dr, I told the girl to let him know I called. Never heard back except when they called me two years later to remind me about I'm over due for an exam. Went to a new Dr who put my lenses back in for free. Of course now he's my optometrist. Just a little service can go a long ways.

They also are great with providing me with my prescriptions without pressure on buying their frames; however their opticians were helpful with having me try the low bridge frames they had in stock. If anything, therein is my only suggestion: please consider offering more low bridge frames as this is the only reason we go elsewhere for frames.

Dr Mai is professional and straight to the point. He asked me the right questions and gave me a confident statement about how much eyes have changed over the past 3 years. I received an updated prescription and paid them replace the lens on my existing frames. I left my frames with the office so that they could send it to the lab for fitting. About two weeks later, they called me saying they were ready for pick up. I picked them up a couple days later (although I could've picked them up anytime). They fit perfectly and my vision is 20/20 again. The frames were also in their original condition. Overall, flawless experience. Highly recommended.

I started…read morecoming the week of their grand opening and liked the selection and service but as I have gotten older the service isn't there when your vision gets blurred and can't see as well as you did in your youth and tell the Dr I need stronger prescription because I can't see to good in my glasses. The Dr ignored me during the exam my concerns because I'm diabetic and vision is blurred but she made my glasses and I can't see the street signs or even read a sales ad with the prescription she wrote this is a disservice to patients that need vision correction.

She explain how to work the glasses with such detail and she was smiling all the time and was very helpful We downloaded the Meta app and connected to my phone so I can record videos and take pictures cool I was a kid with a new toy... Whether it's the doctors themselves or the people behind the desks, scheduling appointments and answering any questions I had, everyone has been helpful. I recently came in to get a second pair of glasses and although I did not have insurance that covered vision, they were very accommodating to work with me to get a pair, regardless. They also had a special that made getting a new pair of glasses that included a frame and lenses, very affordable. Janelle was the main person who worked with me on getting the second pair and was very friendly and accommodating. She was helpful in me narrowing down options for my second pair. I'm very thankful for her providing what I needed on my recent apt in a friendly and kind manner!
